CIB 3047 (14B) 10-Button Voice Terminal Fixed Desk Stand and Wall Mount (32007) This bracket supports a 10-button voice terminal, either on a desk or mounted on a wall. This package contains the unassembled plastic desk stand/wall mount. If your voice terminal is to be wall mounted, you should have purchased the (D1-181230) hardware kit for the wall mount separately from the 10-Button Voice Terminal Fixed Desk Stand and Wall Mount. The comcode number for the hardware kit is 103995882. The pieces of the desk stand/wall mount come attached to one another (Figure 1). The names DESK SUPPORT, WALL SUPPORT, and BASE are imprinted on the appropriate plastic parts and separate instructions are given below for each application. Select a location for installation at least as large as the voice terminal. Using a 3/16 drill bit, enlarge the four mounting screw holes in the base. Use the base as a template to mark the four mounting screw locations. Select the proper toggles for wall thickness: For walls 3/8 to 1/2 thick, use the smaller of the two sizes of toggles. For walls 5/8 to 3/4 thick, use the larger of the two sizes. For solid walls, either of the two sizes may be used. Using a 5/16 drill bit, drill a hole at each of the four mounting screw locations. Fold and insert a toggle into each of the mounting screw locations (Figure 6A). Tap each toggle with a hammer so that it is flush with the wall (Figure 6B). Pop the anchor open with the red key without using a hammer on the key (Figure 6C). iss 1, cib3047-5
