User Configuration Once the Plugin is installed, the user must re-launch Outlook. If the user does not have a CI data source file installed, the user will be presented with the following standard configuration screen. Contact the system administrator for the correct web service URL. Figure 5 -Standard Configuration Screen The first time the Plugin is run on a machine the user will also be presented with the Plugin settings screen. If the Construction Imaging system is configured for Active Directory, the user will be able to authenticate using the current user. However, if the AD user isn't specifically configured for the system, the user may specify a username and password. These settings must be updated within Outlook if the Construction Imaging user name and password changes by selecting the Construction Imaging dropdown, then settings. The Construction Imaging tab location differs slightly in pre-2010 Outlook. Once the initial settings are configured, the Plugin will log into Construction Imaging and Outlook will open as normal. 2014 Viewpoint, Inc. dba Viewpoint Construction Software.
