1 Log in or create an account as an Author Log in with your EasyChair credentials if you already have an account. Otherwise, proceed to https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=isqols2018 to create an account. Figure 1: Create an account. You will be automatically directed to the page as shown in Figure 2a. Fill in the text box with the distorted words that appear, and click Continue. Figure 2b is a sample for filling in the text box. Figure 2a: Enter the information to sign up. 1

You are halfway through the account registration process! Now, you will be directed to a page of Account Application Received (Figure 4) and an email automatically generated will be sent to your email account you have previously provided. The email will look like the one as shown in Figure 5. 2

Clink the link provided in the email to continue the account registration process. Fill in the information requested (Figure 6) and click Create my account to finalize the account registration process. Figure 6: Create an account. 4
After your account is created, you may log in to 16th ISQOLS Annual Conference by clicking click here (Figure 7) or the link provided here: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=isqols2018. Notes: (1) If your username appears taken, it is possible that you have signed up for EasyChair in the past for another conference. In this case, you simply need to ask the system to remind you of your password based on your username. (2) The password should contain at least one non-digit character. 5
2 Submit your abstract(s) After logging in to the EasyChair website for 16th ISQOLS Annual Conference, click enter as an author (Figure 8a) if you are going to make first submission for this event, or click author (Figure 8b) if you have already made any submission for this event previously. 2.1 Submit an abstract for oral/poster presentation After clicking enter as an author or author, you will be automatically directed to the page as shown in Figure 9. To submit an abstract for oral/poster presentation, please select a track from Track 1 to Track 11, then click Continue. Figure 9: Track selection (oral/poster presentation). Then the page as shown in Figure 10 will be launched to submit a new abstract. Follow the on-screen instructions and fill in the information of author(s) required. The number of authors should be no more than 10. Please also select one speaker as the presenting author. 7

Fill in the title, abstract and keywords in the space provided (Figure 11). The title should not be more than 15 words. The length of abstract should not be longer than 250 words. After submission, you will be directed to a page as shown in Figure 13. It will show the title, track, keywords, abstract, category, and information of authors. Figure 13: Submission saved. 16th ISQOLS Annual Conference 2 Meanwhile, the author(s) will receive two emails about this submission: 1) the system has received the submission; 2) the author is listed as one of the authors of the submission. If you have another submission, you can click New Submission and you will be automatically directed to the page as shown in Figure 9 again. 10
2.2 Submit abstract(s) for symposium Step 1: Submit symposium overview abstract On the track selection page, please select Symposium Overview Abstract and click Continue as shown in Figure 14. Figure 14: Track selection (symposium). 11
Follow the on-screen instructions and fill in the authors information as required (Figure 15). Figure 15: Author information (symposium). 12
Fill in the title, symposium overview abstract and keywords in the space provided (Figure 16). The title should not be more than 15 words. The length of symposium overview abstract should not be longer than 250 words. Figure 16: Title and abstract (symposium). 13
Please select a track and upload the timetable as shown in Figure 17. Then click Submit to submit the abstract. Figure 17: Track and timetable Following this submission, you will be directed to a page confirming The submission has been saved. Then each author can submit his/her individual abstract. Step 2: Submit individual abstract Each of the symposium participants must then submit the abstract of their own presentation with its respective details. Please note that the symposium overview abstract and all abstracts of the symposium must be submitted to the same track (i.e., Track 1 Track 11). Please follow the submission guideline for an oral presentation. Please also fill in the title of the symposium as shown in Figure 18. 14
