Cat TUTORIAL Welcome to the Arctic Cat Europe Dealer online platform called Cat. This network is only valid for authorized Arctic Cat Dealers. 1. Introduction With the new Arctic Cat Europe Dealer Network, you can: Online ordering for parts and accessories Individual part quotations for your customers with the Suggested Enduser Price tool New convenient interface to send the Vehicle Check List New easy way to activate warranty and file warranty claims online Dealer Download Area includes all important documents (Parts Manuals, Dealer Book, Operating Manuals, Newsletters, Service Bulletins, Promotions ) Calendar for trainings and online registrations 2. 3 different options to start CatNET a) There is a linkage to CatNET on our website www.arcticcat.eu b) Enter the link http://shop.arcticcat.zooomeu.net/isoled shop/ directly into your browser c) If you have installed the full version of Parts Pro, you can create your picking list and will be transferred automatically through the system to CatNET after sending your order. 3. Start Screen This is the Dealer Network start screen. You can change your preferred language in the top right corner. Five languages are available. On the left, you can switch between the main five navigation areas. On the left side, you may login with your customer number and password. Below, you can select products based on product groups. Without a valid login, you are only able to browse products, you cannot display prices or place an order. Page 2/8
4. Login Browsing products is possible for everybody. For displaying prices, placing orders, filling out warranty claims and vehicle checklists, and for access to training and service & support, login is necessary via the input fields on the left. You have three options to enter parts into your cart: On the detail item view: Additionally, you may add products directly to your cart by entering a correct item number to the Quick purchase box. Ordering out of PartsPro: You can also order items directly from PartsPro. Just add the desired products to the Pick List and select Submit Supplier Website from inside the Pick List. Page 4/8
Once you have submitted the Pick List from PartsPro or added an item to your cart from the Dealer Network, the cart will show up and you can change quantities and remove items from the list. You can also print out the shopping cart or again add items directly by entering product number and quantity. If products are not available in the selected quantity, a warning message will show up: You can still proceed to checkout, the items will be delivered when available. Green lights mean the part is on stock. When you add items to your shopping cart that are no longer available at all (discontinued or replaced), an error message will show up and you cannot proceed to checkout before all invalid items are removed or replaced by their replacements. Once you have completed your cart, hit Checkout. You can then choose a shipping address and shipping method. Note that you can only choose from known shipping addresses. If you want to add another address, please contact support. After hitting Next, you have to choose your payment method. Additionally, you can enter a Reference number or other information that will be printed on your order confirmation, delivery slip and invoice. Page 6/8
In the last step, after hitting Next again, you can review your order: You will be asked to choose a registered e mail address. The order confirmation will be sent to the chosen address. If you want to add new addresses please contact your sales representative. By selecting Buy, you submit the order. After submitting the order, you can print an order confirmation. You will also receive a confirmation via e mail. Page 7/8
Tutorial 2 Section SERVICE & SUPPORT Klick on Service & Support on the Main Navigation: There you will 2 main files with a view sub files. Those will be updated automatically.
