1. Your QS Outreach Profile Log into Outreach and start creating your profile Profile Imagine Upload your profile image. Used throughout the site wherever your profile is shown. Inspirational Quote Exactly what it says. Tell us the quote that inspire you the most. You personal details and background Please make sure your name and institution are entered correctly. Remember: Only enter the information you are happy to share with other users. Languages Spoken Social Media Please enter your professional social media information (if applicable). Events Attending A list of all upcoming events you have indicated you are attending.
2. Your event listing Click on Events tab, then All Events Select the Tour you want to manage, then click on the specific event
2. Your event listing Don t forget it is important to indicate which events you are attending and which events you wish to receive notifications for. By doing this you will receive event updates (i.e. when list of registered candidates is available to be downloaded) and notifications about social activities. You can indicate your attendance by using the team management tool (1) or by ticking box on event listing page (2). The new TEAM MANAGEMENT tool will also allow you to indicate which member of your institution is attending an event

Registrations are available from 14 days before an event Communications Setup, view and manage your communications with registrants- Pre and Post event Community/ Activities See who else is attending this event and find out what activities are being held around the event Connections Add, update, download and view connections made during an event. Connections will be available shortly after each event Statistics View a breakdown of registrations and connections by multiple criteria including gender, experience, intentions etc. Logistics View and download the logistics pack for the event

5. Event Connections A downloadable list of connections from candidates met during the event. The list is also emailed to the person whose email was used with our On The Day Tap system)

6.1 Communications: Sending emails to candidates in outreach 1. Create a saved search 1. Once you re in an event, click on the registrations tab 2. Make filter edits 3. Save the search at the bottom of the page

Follow the instruction to create a template 4.Click on the save template button Click on Campaign Management tab to view all saved email templates

Select email template you want to send out 5. Choose candidate type (Registrations/ Connections). Before the event emails should go out to Registration, after the event to Connections. 6. Select schedule time. You can either send the communication now or schedule it for later (by selecting a date and time on the calendar)
6.4 Communications: overview You may use QS Outreach to send communications to registrations (terms and conditions apply). You may send communications to a saved search list of either registrations or connections. The emails to registrations go at a time and date you decide, and for event connections, either when they are uploaded or immediately post event.

This area shows you a current breakdown of registrations and, post event connections. The data is up to the minute live and enables you to get a sense of the type of person that will be attending the event. Therefore allowing you to tailor your message to them accordingly. 7. Statistics
8. Community/ Activities (1) Select this if you are personally attending the event. You will then appear in the Exhibitor Members Attending area (3) (2) Shows who is attending from QS and gives access to their profile / travel plans. (4) Click here to add your travel plans

11. T&C 1. Database- Terms & Condition. 2. Suppression list. Contains email addresses that cannot be sent to. Unsubscribed email addresses are automatically added to the list, as well as hard bounced emails. List should be downloaded every 28 days.
