To respond, do NOT use the regular Reply or Reply all feature in your email software.
Like Facebook and LinkedIn, you ll use the embedded links to respond to messages. Send a response to the entire discussion group. Start a new discussion with a new subject line. Send a private response to the author. See all posts the sender has posted to this discussion group. Search the archives to see if your question has already been answered. See all posts in that discussion in chronological order. Subscribe, unsubscribe or change your delivery options.
You can do a keyword search to see if your question has already been answered. The online discussion digest is fully integrated with email and looks and functions similarly.
Control how you receive email from the discussion groups by clicking on one of the My subscriptions links. AANAConnect Home Page Email
You can switch to plain text if you prefer, but it does have limited functionality compared to HTML. Receive a plain text, phone-friendly email. Receive an email each time a message is posted. Receive one email each morning with all of the previous day s posts consolidated. Participate via the online discussion board. Be sure to click save at the bottom of the page after making any changes.

Resource Libraries A repository of documents shared by your peers Copyright 2011 AANAC
Resource libraries Populated two ways: 1. All attachments shared in the discussion groups end up in its corresponding library 2. Files can be uploaded directly Fully searchable Please be careful about sharing any copyrighted or otherwise protected documents Copyright 2011 AANAC
The libraries are found in the Communities menu. This takes you to the advanced search Quick keyword search
which has many more filtering options.
Click on the file name to see more details.
See who uploaded the document, and find out more about them. Take a moment to rate any document you use. Click on the file name to open and download the document.

My communities Typically, a community consists of a discussion group and a library. Join as many as you d like. Copyright 2011 AANAC
Use this filter to see communities to which you belong, those you can join, etc. Click name to see the most recent posts, documents and information. You can even create your own community. Online discussion board. Resource library where all attachments are stored. See the community s members. Click to join.

Click here to update your contact information.
Networks are automatically created based on demographic information. Click on one to see who else is in your network. Tell other members about yourself.

If you do not wish to have notifications (contact requests, messages, etc.) forwarded to your email, click on No. Note: This does not effect the discussion group emails, and notifications will still be available to you when you log in to AANAConnect. You have full control over who is allowed to see specific information on your profile. Clicking No will remove you from search results. Since AANAConnect is a private community, we DO NOT recommend doing this. My contacts: Only people on your contact (or friend ) list can view this information. Public: Anyone, including search engines, can view this information. This is helpful if you d like to use your profile as a resume. Members Only: Other AANAC members can view this information. Nobody: Only you will be able to view the information.
