If yu d nt use jquery Library in yur theme then yu will need t set "Include jquery Library" t Yes. 4. Cmplete the cnfiguratin fields: Enabled Turns the extensin ff / n. Include jquery Library if yur theme des nt already include jquery v1.6 r higher, yu will need t set this t yes. 1
Prcessing Time the number f wrking days it takes yu t prcess and dispatch rders. Fr example, if a custmer places an rder n Mnday and yu dispatch same day, set this t 0. If a custmer rders n Mnday and yu dispatch n Wednesday, set this t 2. Delivery Time the number f wrking days frm dispatch t delivery, depending n yur curier. Fr example, if yu dispatch n a Tuesday and rders are delivered next day, set this t 1. If yu dispatch n a Tuesday and rders will be delivered n Friday, set this t 3. Please nte this shuld always use yur fastest delivery methd, fr maximum increase in cnversins. Cut Off Time the last time at which rders can be placed fr certain days delivery. This is the time t which the timer will cuntdwn t. Please nte that this uses the time zne set in Magent. Please ensure yur Magent is cnfigured t use the crrect time zne. See Trubleshting, belw, fr mre infrmatin. Yu must use 24hr frmat in this field, e.g. 16:30. Available Delivery Days Days n which delivery can take place. If yur curier delivers 7 days a week, select all days. If they nly deliver n weekdays, select Mnday t Friday. Hld CTRL t select multiple values. Skip Days Ad hc days n which yur curier will nt deliver e.g. Christmas Day, Public Hlidays. Yu can add as many days as yu require. Incrrectly added dates can be deleted. 5. Click Save Cnfig 6. Standard HTML changes can be made t the frnt end display blck by editing app/ design/frntend/{your_package}/{your_theme}/template/nublue/cuntdwntimer/ timer.phtml. Please be careful when editing this file as changes may affect the extensin s peratins & features. 2
TROUBLESHOOTING I get a 404 Access Denied page when accessing the System Cnfiguratin Lg ut and Lg In again. If the prblem persists, check that yur Magent user has enugh access rights, it may need mdifying t include access t these new settings: Find and tick the value in this tree: System -> Cnfiguratin -> Shipping Deadline Cuntdwn Cuntdwn Timer isn t being displayed Check the fllwing things: Ensure yu ve included the necessary php snippet in yur prduct view templates. Ensure the extensin s cnfiguratin is cmpleted and the extensin is enabled. If yu use a custm theme yur Develper may need t mdify the extensin s layut xml: In Base/Default theme here: /app/design/frntend/base/default/layut/nublue_cuntdwntimer.xml The <reference> blck name attribute may need t be changed t match the name/alias f the prduct view blck within yur theme. Nte: We recmmend yu make a cpy f nublue_cuntdwntimer.xml int yur custm theme befre mdifying, t avid future updates frm verriding yur change. The cuntdwn is cunting dwn t the wrng cut-ff time 3
