Click Upload to locate the first file you want added to this document in your order. Files can be a maximum of 100 MB. 2. If needed, continue adding files with the Upload More Files button. 3. If more than one file is uploaded, drag and drop completed files into the desired order. 4. Click Continue when you are done. Configure your document 1. Configure your document by clicking an option in the menu on the right. Document price will reflect the selected options and corporate discount. Open your browser and go to your Print Online Corporate order site. 2. To Access the Intel National Send and Print Site with FedEx Office visit: https://psg.kinkos.com/intel 3. 2. As you configure your document, the document preview will reflect your selections. 4. You can interact with your document preview by clicking and dragging pages with the mouse, or by using the controls at the bottom of the preview window. 5. Click Save and Go to Cart when you are done. If you submit a document that has a custom paper size, you must use the link under Special Instructions when setting document finishing options to specify the custom paper size in a note (see the following section for details). Estimating Your Price as You Build Your Document Depending on how your account and site are set up, you can now see the Estimated Price for your document dynamically updated as you build it. You can view/edit, delete, or create more documents in your order, or empty your shopping cart and start over. 2. Click Check Out to continue. Entering shipping and production details 1. Click an option in the Delivery list to specify if you would like to pick up your order, or have it delivered. You can also click on the Estimated Price to expand the Price Detail window. The Price Detail window provides you with more details on the Estimated Price for the document. Please note that the Estimated Price will dynamically display contracted pricing based on the Print Online Corporate Site and User Preference profile settings and Logging rules. Also, the following customer applicable discounts will be considered: FedEx Office Account Number Customer Administrative Services Card National Discount Card Volume (Best Price Logic) 2. Click an option in the Order Due Time list to specify when you want your order completed. The Order Completion time does not include shipping time. 3. If the option is available to your site, click a location in the Preferred Locations list to specify the FedEx Office store you want to produce your order or click Search to access options for finding a FedEx Office store. 4. Click Continue. Defining contact and recipient information 1. Use options in the Contact Info box to enter your contact and address information. Click the Same As Recipient button if the contact information is the same as the recipient information you entered. Completing your shopping cart options 1. In the Quantity box, type the number of copies you want of each document in your order (quantity defaults to 1). For assistance, please call 1.800.GoFedEx or e-mail ecommerce.support@fedex.com. 2. Use options in the Recipient box to enter contact and address information for the person who is to receive the order. Click the Same As Contact button if the recipient information is the same as the contact information you entered. 3. Add any special delivery instructions with the Add button. 4. Click Continue. 4. To enter your page Size in Word, Select Page Layout and then Select Size from tool bar Providing payment information and complete order 1. Select a Payment Method from the drop down list and fill in the requested information. 2. Click Submit Order to complete your order. 3. You will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number to track your project progress on fedex.com. Preparing files for Oversize printing from Power Point or Word Note: When uploading standard size files (8 ½ x11, 8 ½ x14, or 11 x17 ) from your PC through Intel s corporate print online tool, you do not need to first convert your files into a PDF. The online tool will automatically convert your files to a high resolution file upon completing your upload 5. Select your required dimensions from the dropdown menu. If your finished print size is not listed, select Post Script Custom Size to enter your dimensions. Note: There are some restrictions on how large of a file Word will create. A High Res PDF save to size is only required when the finished product requested is an oversize print (Over 11 x17 in size). See the special instructions below for assistance with creating oversize print files and saving high resolution, print ready files 1. Select Design Tab and then Page Set Up 2. Select Custom to enter your projects required print dimensions 3. Saving High Resolution Files from PowerPoint or Word 1. When you are ready to submit the file to be printed select File and click print, then select Adobe PDF 4. Now Select Print Quality and set this to at least 600 dpi. Click OK. 2. Select the properties tab. Within the properties select Advanced 5. The screen should now revert to the regular print window. 6. Note: If working in PowerPoint, click the Scale to Fit box and click OK. 7. You will be prompted to save your files on your system. 8. By following these steps you should have created a good quality embedded PDF file. FAQ s Q. There are lines on my PDF, why is this happening? A. This could be caused by a number of things, but normally it is caused by the compression that happens when converting your file to a PDF. 3. In Advanced select a page size to match your Word, PowerPoint or Publisher document. If you do not see your requested size, select Post Script Custom Page Size to enter your dimensions. Trouble Shooting: Make sure that your document size is setup to the correct page size Ensure you are selecting a high enough resolution when converting to PDF If you have utilized transparency or altered colors, ensure you are using everything at 100 opacity Q. What do you mean by bleed and crop marks? A. Using a bleed allow s for the color to be printed all the way to the edge of your documents. In this case, your finished print will actually overlap the edges and then be trimmed to size. For assistance, please call 1.800.GoFedEx or e-mail ecommerce.support@fedex.com. Page 4

Best Practices for printing a Bleed: Crop marks should be utilized to illustrate where the pages need to be trimmed To ensure that your document is produced with bleed and crop marks, we recommend using Microsoft Publisher, as it has these facilities as a standard. If you are not able to produce your document with bleed and crop marks it is important to leave space around your design (at least 10mm) for trimming to size. Q. Do I need to check proofs? A. We recommend that you review a proof for all Oversize prints. Proofs can be provided digitally for final review prior to printing. Ensure all files used to create the PDF document contain High-Resolution pictures or files (300dpi or greater), this will prevent the images from looking fuzzy, jagged or blurred Additional Assistance Required?
