Online Enrollment Welcome to the online enrollment. This the first step of enrolling your child for school. Parents with children already enrolled in a Rockwood School District school will log into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal for enrollment using any desktop, laptop or tablet on the internet. Mobile devices do not work for enrollment at this time. If your child was not enrolled the previous year, you must enroll as a new family. Accessing Online Census Verification and Adding New Students to Families with Existing Students Parents and guardians will use their Infinite Campus Parent Portal login credentials. Parents and guardians who lack the appropriate credentials should contact the office at their child s school to learn how they may receive their login information. 1. Log in to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal website at https://campus.rsdmo.org/campus/portal/rockwood.jsp with your login credentials. The recommended browsers for Infinite Campus are Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. 2. After logging into the Parent Portal, click on the Online Registration link at the bottom of the Index (left side of screen).

Navigating the Verification The tips listed below will be helpful in understanding how to navigate the verification. Data for your currently enrolled children will populate in the verification. Each tab and pleat must be complete before moving to the next tab or pleat. Once a tab or pleat has been completed (required fields completed) you can move freely between tabs and pleats. Once you begin a tab, you must enter all required fields in that tab before saving. Required fields have a red asterisk*. Move forward and backward through the pleats using the Next and Previous buttons. Links are provided on some of the pleats. Click the links to get more information.

Starting the Data Verification Process Choose the appropriate Registration Year from the dropdown menu. 1. Click Begin Registration. 2. Write down your application number. 3. A welcome box will appear with instructions. Click Begin. Note: If you see the following message, your verification has been submitted. Contact your son/daughter s school for more help/information.

Student(s) Primary Household Tab The home address, entered as your child s primary household. Primary Phone 1. Verify the Primary Phone number of the Primary Household. If this information is incorrect, type in a new number. This phone number may be landline or mobile number. 2. Click Next. Home Address As an existing household, your address will be prepopulated. Verify that your home address is complete. If not, correct your address. 1. If the address is not correct, please correct as appropriate. 2. Click Next. Mailing Address If your household has no separate Mailing Address, select Save/Continue. If your household does have a separate mailing address, follow the steps below. 1. Uncheck The household has no separate Mailing Address checkbox. 2. Enter in the correct address 3. Click Save/Continue.

Parent/Guardian Tab Verify or modify all Parents/Guardians, including yourself. This tab should also include parents/guardians of secondary households. For instance, if you are divorced or separated, the second parent should also be listed. You will add a separate address and phone number for that parent. Individuals highlighted in yellow are not complete. A green checkmark will appear when complete. 1. Select Edit/Review or Add New Parent/Guardian Demographics The demographic information pertains to the person in the header. 1. Verify or modify all fields. Remember All fields with a red asterisk * are required. 2. Include a full birth date, including the 4 digit year. 3. Uncheck the box if the person does not live at the address listed. This will allow you to add a secondary household address. Add that address in the same manner as your Primary Household address. 4. Click Next.

Contact Information 1. Verify or modify information to complete all fields. 2. Include an email address (if applicable) or select the Has no e mail checkbox. 3. Click Next. Migrant Worker 1. Please indicate Yes or No if the person is a migrant worker. 2. Click Next. Impact Aid 1. Please indicate Yes or No if the person is a member of the military. 2. Click Next. Emergency Contact Tab An emergency contact is a person you give permission to pick up your child from school in the event of an emergency. DO NOT add parents/guardians as an emergency contact. 1. Click Add New Emergency Contact. 2. Click OK on the pop up. Demographics 1. Verify or modify all fields. 2. Click Next.

Contact Information The emergency contact person must have at least one phone number. 1. Verify or modify all fields. 2. Click Next. Student Tab All students registering in Rockwood School District should be added to this tab. Review each child s information. Add any new children entering Rockwood School District. Individuals highlighted in yellow are not complete. A green checkmark will appear when complete. 1. Select Edit/Review.

Demographic For Current Students, parents/guardians will need to verify the following: 1. Verify that the Legal First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name as seen on the student s birth certificate are appropriately entered. 2. Verify or enter a Nickname, if applicable. 3. Verify the Gender. 4. Verify the Birth Date. 5. Verify in the Enrollment Grade. 6. Click Next. For New Students, parents/guardians will need to enter the following: 1. Enter the Legal First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name as seen on the student s birth certificate are appropriately entered. 2. Enter a Nickname, if applicable. 3. Select Gender. 4. Enter the Birth Date. 5. Enter Birth Country. If birth country is not United States, enter Date Entered US, Date Entered US School and Date Entered MO School. 6. Choose the appropriate answer for Foster Child. 7. Enter in the Enrollment Grade. 8. Enter whether the student has been Retained. If they have, please indicate the grade they were retained. 9. The boundary school will populate based on the address. Please select the boundary school from the drop down list. If a boundary school doesn t populate, please look on the map to find the appropriate school. 10. Click Next.

Race Ethnicity This pleat is only applicable for new students. It will not appear for existing students completing their census verifications. 1. Verify the race ethnicity options. 2. Click Next. Housing 1. Select Yes or No if the student is living in a temporary situation due to economic hardship. 2. If No is chosen, click Next. Housing situations (continued) 3. If Yes, choose the student s current housing situation by completing the question. 4. Click Next.

Student Services This pleat is only applicable for new students. It will not appear for existing students completing their census verifications. 1. Select whether your student has had a 504, IEP, has received Title I Services or received Gifted/Talented Services. NOTE: Not all the questions will populate. Questions are grade level specific. Language Information This pleat is only applicable for new students. It will not appear for existing students completing their census verifications. 1. Select the Student Language. 2. Select the Parent/Guardian Language. 3. Select Other Languages your Student Speaks. 4. Select the Primary Language Spoken at Home. 5. Select whether your child has received ESL/ELL services. 6. Click Next. Previous School This pleat is only applicable for new students. It will not appear for existing students completing their census verifications. 1. Enter the Previous School Name, City, State, Country and Phone Number. 2. Click Next.

Safe Schools This pleat is only applicable for new students. It will not appear for existing students completing their census verifications. 1. Answer if the Student is Currently Suspended. 2. Answer if the Student is Currently Expelled. 3. Enter your Name confirming the information is true and correct. 4. Enter Date. 5. Click Next.

Relationships Parent/Guardian Verify or add the relationship of those listed, to the student you are working on. 1. Verify or add each relationship to the child from the drop down menu next to each parent/guardian name. 2. Choose the Contact Preferences for each parent/guardian, see descriptions below. a. Guardian flag this person as a legal guardian to the student. b. Mailing flag this person to receive mailings for the student. c. Portal flag this person as having access to a Portal account and this person will be able to view this student s information within their associated Portal login. d. Messenger flag this person to receive messages from the District s messenger system. 3. Check the box for Secondary Household if child lives part time with the other parent/guardian. a. Secondary Household indicate that this person is a member of the student s secondary household. 4. Enter the Contact Sequence in which you wish to be contacted in case of emergency. Number 1 is the first contact. a. Contact Sequence Adding a sequence number on contacts will prompt district staff to contact the persons in the order specified. b. For families with two households Biological primary household parent will be number 1, biological secondary household parent will be number 2, step-parent in primary household would be number 3, step-parent in secondary household would be number 4. 5. No Relationship This removes persons from the Household. 6. Click Next. Relationships Emergency Contacts Verify or add the emergency contact information on the emergency contact tab. All children do not need to be linked to the same emergency contact. 1. Relationship should be Emergency Contact. 2. Select a Contact Sequence. The contact sequence should reflect the order in which this person should be contacted. Parents/guardians are contacted first.

3. Click Next. Relationships Additional Students 1. Relationship should be Sibling or check No Relationship. 2. Click Next. Health Services Emergency Information If you are completing the census verification for an existing student, you can update the information below. If you are filling the information out for a new student, please complete the following: 1. Check the box if your student wears glasses or contacts. 2. Fill in Primary Care Provider Name and Phone Number, if desired. 3. Fill in Dentist Name and Phone Number, if desired. 4. Fill in Orthodontist Name and Phone Number, if desired. 5. Fill in Specialist Name(s) and Phone Number(s), if desired. 6. Check the box if your student currently has Health Insurance. 7. Click Next.

Health Services Health Information For census verification, if you have an existing condition, please verify that the condition is or is not current. You may also add new conditions. For new students: 1. Check No medical or Mental Health Conditions, if applicable. 2. If student has medical conditions, please select Add Condition. 3. Select the Condition from the drop-down list. 4. Add Comments and Instructions. 5. Select Add Condition again, if student has multiple conditions. 6. Click Next. Health Services Medications For census verification, if you have existing medications, please verify that the medication is or is not current. You may also add new medications.

For new students: 7. Check No Medications, if applicable. 8. If student will be taking medication at school, please select Add Medication. 9. Type in the Medication. 10. Select Where Taken from the drop down list. 11. Select Medication Type from the drop down list. 12. Add Comments and Instructions. 13. Select Add Medications again, if student has multiple medications they take. 14. Click Next. Health Form Links This pleat contains links to the following forms which can be downloaded, filled out and uploaded in the Document Upload Pleat:

Physical Form Request for Medication to be Given at School Form Self-Administration of Medication and Waiver Form Standing Order Form Health Services Over-The-Counter Medications, Consent and Agreement 1. Check the Box to give the nurse or trained designee permission to administer appropriate standing order medications. 2. You may enter any comments. 3. Indicate your Hospital Preference, if blank. 4. Type Parent/Guardian Name. 5. Enter Date. 6. Click Next.

Release Agreements FERPA 1. You MUST click the link to review the Policy 6321 before moving forward. 2. Respond to each question according to your preference. 3. Click Next.

FERPA 1. Select any information that you DO NOT wish to have disclosed about your child. Please note that if you select to exclude photographs, your child will not appear in the yearbook, buzz book or district publications. 2. You must click on the Link to read the FERPA Documents. 3. Type in Parent/Guardian Name. 4. Click Next.

Document Uploads You may upload PDF s of the appropriate documents in this section. If you do not have access to a scanner, you may bring the documents to the school for the personnel to scan in.

Verification Children with complete information will have a green check. If a child is not complete, the name will be highlighted yellow. 1. To add another child click Add New Student. Continue to add all children attending Rockwood School District. 2. Click Save/Continue after all Rockwood School District students have been added and completed. Return to Complete an Un Submitted Verification You can exit online census verification (OLR) at any time during the process and return later to complete the verification process. Please make sure you keep your Application Number as you will need to type this in when you return to complete the verification process. Print and Submit Verification Options Click on the link for Verification Summary PDF to review all information. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to access the document. Option 1 Click Submit if you are satisfied the verification is complete and accurate. Once you submit the verification you can no longer make changes. If you have submitted the verification, and discover you have forgotten information, contact your child s school. Option 2 Click Back if you have not completed the verification and need to make revisions OR, if you are done, click Submit.
