The new incorporation of phones only requires a simple configuration on the SimplifiCloud system without the payment of any kind of license. VOIP SERVICE IP LINES INTEGRATION TO REDUCE LONG DISTANCE AND INTERNATIONAL COST SimplifiCloud can work with digital external lines, analog external lines or IP lines. It has a powerful interface to manage the outbound routes to choose the convenient line for each type of call. SIMPLIFICLOUD DOESN T REQUIRE ADDITIONAL HARDWARE MODULES TO SERVE ADVANCED FUNCTIONALITIES SimplifiCloud is based on open source software and the additional modules are software based without the need to add a proprietary hardware piece. WEB GUI FOR THE CONFIGURATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE SYSTEM SimplifiCloud has a simple web interface to the configure each software module and monitor the status of the overall system. You can also access reports and data through the same interface. CALL AND BILLING REPORTS The SimplifiCloud base system includes Call and Billing reports. You can audit the calls of each branch office, group or extension. You can analyze the operative costs in relation to the utilization of the telephone resources. EXISTING ANALOG PHONES WITH FXS ADAPTERS/GATEWAYS We can integrate part of a traditional telephone system using external Adapters/Gateways to connect traditional phones, wireless phones or fax machines. BRANCH OFFICE VIDEO AND VOICE COMMUNICATIONS USE THE NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE Companies can take the advantage of the actual network infrastructure to connect the remote IP PBXs using IP trunks between the branch offices and the HQ Office. They can also install any IP phones and softphones on smaller offices. The SimplifiCloud team has a professional service available to help the companies design QoS and traffic management policies necessary to acquire an IP telephony prepared network. MOBILE USERS CAN CONSERVE ALL THE FUNCTIONALITIES AVAILABLE ON THEIR DESK PHONE Mobile users can register to the SimplifiCloud system with their laptops, tablets or smart phones using a recommended "softphone" for each platform.
