Introduction: This module allows you to import and export your store CMS pages such as stores, page title, URL key, Meta details, page design settings, custom design settings etc in bulk via csv format. This extension allows you to import export all the Magento's CMS pages data from one store to another store. You can export store view wise CMS pages data. Features: Import/Export CMS pages with all related data. Import/Export store view wise CMS pages. Import/Export files via Magento admin/browser. No need for FTP access. How to Create CSV? title - Set the page title. identifier - Set the page URL. is_active - Set the page status. Enabled = 1 Disabled = 0 page_layout - Set the page layout. 1 column = one_column 2 columns with left bar = two_columns_left 2 columns with right bar = two_columns_right 3 columns = three_columns Empty = empty meta_keywords - Set the Meta keywords. meta_description - Set the Meta description. content_heading - Set the page content heading. content - Set the page content. creation_time - Set the page created time. update_time - Set the page updated time. stores - Set the stores as per your requirement. How to Import CMS Pages? You must have to follow below steps: Step-1 Prepare your CSV as per our documentation. For more detail see (How to create CSV?) Create new CSV File. Note: - Do Not Change CSV header name. Please Check Below Screen. Step-2 Go to Your Site Backend -> MAGEBEES -> Import Export CMS Pages -> Import CMS Pages. Step-3 Please upload your created CSV file and click on Import CMS Pages button. Note: Please do not close this screen before completing process. It will lead undesired results if you closed before complete the process. Step-4 Now successfully import CMS pages data. Your store CMS pages data will be display on Admin -> CMS -> Pages. 7
How to Export CMS Peges? You must have to follow below steps: Step-1 Go to Your Site Backend -> MAGEBEES -> Import Export CMS Pages -> Export CMS Pages. You will get Following Screen. Step-2 Please click on Export CMS Pages Button. Step-3 Now successfully export CMS pages data. You can get exported CSV file in <Magento-Root>>/var/export/ file 8
FAQ: Q-1: I am getting max execution time error, what I have to do? If you getting time out then increase your time our limit. For that you have to consult you hosting guy. Q-2: I am getting var/export directory does not exit! error? This error comes due to var/export directory does not exists or not having write permission. Q-3: I click on Import CMS Pages button then I got the following error. This error showing that importcmspages.csv not properly created (Due to store code is wrong inserted in stores field. So Please assign true store code in stores field.). 9
