To ensure correct function and safe operation of the product, it is important to follow these instructions carefully. Keep these instructions for future reference and hand them over to any new user. The installation must be carried out in full compliance with the laws on health and safety at work and subsequent amendments and additions in force. INTENDED USE The product is intended solely to the function of external roller blinds closed. Any other use is forbidden and use and, therefore, the manufacturer is not liable for damage to property and persons resulting from incorrect or improper use. Its installation and its adjustment should be performed by qualified personnel and in accordance with the instructions. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION GENERAL DANGER! Remember that, during installation, you must always wear work gloves and safety boots. DANGER OF CRUSHING AND CUT! During the movement, the opening of the packaging and the performance of the cloth in the guides to pay close attention. ERGONOMIC HAZARDS OF NATURE (FALL, TRIPPING ETC.) The shutter must always be moved by at least two people and / or with the help of mechanical means to comply. Keep the work area always clean and free of objects on the floor. RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK! PRE-INSTALLATION CHECKS 1 For a quick installation and optimal operating of shutter, it is recommended to use a dedicated counter frame of the type shown in Fig.1 or a tubular profile 50x20. Fig.1 COUNTER FRAME 2 Check that the distance between the two counterframes on which the guides must be installed is equal to the length A of the template plus 100 mm (see Fig.3).! In the case of installation with guides embedded into the masonry, it is important to interpose the protective profiles (Fig. 4) to allow the sliding of the guide during the adjustment. FITTING OF PROFILES 5 Carry up in the lower wall (Fig. 6) or in the lower panel (Fig. 7) of the box two cutouts whose dimensions allow easy insertion of the guides. Secure the guide to the counterframe, perfectly levelled (Fig. 9 Part. C If the above operation is not possible: Plastic guides must be disassembled Guides profies must be inserted as shown in Fig 10 The plastic guides must be blocked with a screw, by working from inside the box. 7 Insert the second guide, making sure that it is perfectly in line with the first Lock it, not definitively, by means of auto-drilling screws to the counterframe 8 To ensure that the width A (Fig. 10) is constant over the entire height of the guides use the template provided in the package, as follows: a) Place the two plastic plugs of the template inside the grooves of the guides (fig. 11) and horizontally oriented as shown in fig. 12, part. A; b) Slide the template along the guides from top to bottom or vice versa (Fig. 12), checking that the flow is fluid as well with a minimum play. If any difficulty in sliding or excessive play are experienced, lock the template in the position where you are encountering this problem by turning it of 90 (fig. 13, part. B) vertically oriented c) Remove the screw from the nearest rule and act on the rule itself (fig. 13,Part. C and D) d) Check by means of the template the absence of friction and of excessive play e) Repeat, if necessary, operations as per points c)and d) above for all the points that show problems of friction or of excessive play; f) Fix definitively the second guide to the counter frame.. 12 Cut the winding tube according to the value measured between the two supports inside the box Place the tube, without shutter, on the supports and lock it to them 13 Connect the motor to the electric wiring (see motor manual) Place the two side winding rollers in line with the guide profiles Rotate the winding tube up to connect the terminal chains to the winding rollers (Fig. 17) Adjust the position of the winding rollers, as shown in Fig 18 or so that the terminal chains are perfectly vertical Fig. 17 This operation must be carried out with the shutter completely down and the slats totally opened TERMINAL CHAIN SIDE WINDING ROLL Fig. 18 14 Move the shutter completely lowered up to the slats are closed Connect to the winding tube / the strap(s) on the top of the first slat by means of the supplied screw in the package of accessories Instructions for installation, maintenance and proper use - FPC091-All.17-Rev.06 08/05/2015 - Pag. 6 di 9

LIMIT SWITCH ADJUSTMENT 15 Roll up the shutter and set the upper limit switch in the desired position (see motor manual). IF SHUTTER IS EQUIPPED WIT OF THE MOTOR CONTROLLED H RADIOCONTROL, FOR LIMIT SWITCH ADJUSTMENT FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE RADIO CONTROLLED MOTOR AS PER ANNEX RELATING THE LIMIT SWITCH ADJUSTMENT. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO START PROCEDURE WITH THE SHUTTER AT HALF HEIGHT POSITION 16 Unroll the shutter and adjust the lower end limit (see motor manual). The lower limit must be adjusted when the shutter is fully lowered and the slats completely oriented (110 ) Slats at 90 Slats at 110 It is advisable to initially bring the blades at about 90 and then through the adjustment devices of the engine in the fully open position (110 ). DO NOT FORCE THE OPENING OVER 110 TO AVOID THE BREAKING OF THE TERMINAL CHAINS 17 Lock the intermediate and the two side winding rollers to the winding tube by tightening the bolts on the rollers. 18 Assemble the safety catches(if provided) Instructions for installation, maintenance and proper use - FPC091-All.17-Rev.06 08/05/2015 - Pag. 7 di 9

FIXING THE INTERMEDIATE REAR SUPPORT (IF PROVIDED) 1 Roll down the blind with closed slats Verify that the plastic ribbon passes under all the loops. 2 After tensioning the ribbon, attach it to the octagonal winding tube with the 2.9x7 screw supplied in the same way described for the strap. RIBBON LOOP LOOP The number of loops is equal to the number of fixed slats. FIXING THE SLIDE (IF PROVIDED) 1 Fix the slide on the back of the compensator profile as shown in the figure, fixing it with a screw 2.9x7 into the hole on the same profile. CHECK FUNCTIONALITY ' Ultimate all the operations described above, verify the functionality of the shutter, making it wrap up the upper end position (shutter all wrapped up) and then to the lower end position (shutter down with open slats). Noted in several places that the blades in the open position to have a game between the rails of about 3-4 mm. WIRING The wiring diagrams and installation instructions for the use of remote controls and / or electronic control or automation systems, are annexed to this manual and should be carefully preserved. All the installation of electrical equipment must be made with the power off and must be performed in compliance with the regulations and only by qualified personnel. Control the exact voltage that must be 220-230Volts at 50 Hertz. Check upstream of the circuit, the presence of the differential switch and circuit breaker. Check for grounding system and / or its compliance with the laws of the country in which it is installed. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE GENERAL DANGER! Make sure that the shutter is free to move before triggering DANGER OF CRUSHING! Pay attention to risk being crushed in the open space between the terminal and the sill during descent. Do not put obstacles and make sure that there are people within a radius of movement of the shutter. DANGER OF CRUSHING AND CUT! During the drive to keep at a distance from the shutter. TIPS FOR SAFE OPERATION Do not foreseen such maneuvers to force the opening, closing, and the orientation manually, however, take any action which may interfere with the normal operation of the product. Any automated handling and / or controlled by the remote must be used safely and according to instructions provided by the manufacturer of the command. To avoid possible electrical hazards and EMC use only components comply with the directives and regulations in the country in which the shutter is installed. ROUTINE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Periodically regular cleaning with non-aggressive products: Make sure that the cleaning agent used does not have contraindications to the component to be cleaned. Schedule periodic cleaning of the shutter: in a very dusty environment may result in the accumulation of dust in the groove of the sliding mechanism due to malfunction. Do not lubricate with oil or grease. REQUIREMENTS FOR DISPOSAL The packaging for the protection of the product must be disposed of in a separate collection system as non-hazardous waste. Each component must be disposed of in a separate collection system as required by current legislation. PROBLEMS, CAUSES, SOLUTIONS THE SHUTTER DOES NOT MOVE. Ensure that the power supply is in voltage and / or contact a technician to check the electrical system.. THE SHUTTER DOES NOT STOP AT THE DESIRED POINT Readjust the position of the limit switch or call a technician to check their position. THE FIRST UPPER ADJUSTABLE SLATS DO NOT CLOSE PROPERLY Adjust the tension of the strap or straps if they were more than one. ALL OR PART OF THE ADJUSTABLE SLATS NOT ORIENTED OR NOT CLOSE PROPERLY On the side mechanism are some screws overly tight (a few screws bind together the steel rods and some screws are inserted into the blade profiles). Release ¼ turn these screws. If the fault persists, the mechanism was damaged and there are one or more steel rods bent. THE SHUTTER ROLL DOWN WITH DIFFICULTY IN ITS S SHOWING A CLEAR FRICTION The guides are not adjusted correctly. Check the adjustment of the entire height of the guides through the template provided and act on the rules. In most cases the guides must be brought closer to each other. THE SLATS DO NOT REACHING THE MAXIMUM EXTENT OF ORIENTATION After verifying the switch limit of the engine, if the problem persists, it means that the winding tube is placed too high compared to the guides. Check and reset the height Y. ANOMALOUS NOISE IN THE BOX DURING ROLLER The terminal chains that connect the blind to the winding tube are not properly aligned. To align act on the side winding rollers. THE SHUTTER, FULLY WRAPPED IN BOX, DO NOT ROLL DOWN AND IT STUCK INSIDE THE BOX When the shutter is all wrapped up in the box must be visible the positioner profile, the compensating profile and half of the last adjustable slat. Correct the upper limit switch end so as to restore the condition.
