Event Calendar View events by Day, Week, Month, or Timeline. Events are color-coded Green = event is visible to all users and open to registration. Yellow = is visible to all users but not open to registration. Orange = event is visible only to staff users. Events will appear on the calendar based on the beginning and end dates defined in the event definition

Edit Itinerary Define on an event by event basis You designate a cutoff date for when changes can be made Changes can only be made to program options (functions) and not registration options If the change results in additional fees being owed, the registrant will be directed to their cart to enter payment information. If the change results in a credit due to the registrant, these refunds will have to be processed manually by staff.
