Setting up Skype Launch Skype and login In the Top Menu bar Click on Tool then Option, then Audio Settings In the microphone dropdown section select Voicemeeter Output(VB-Audio Voicemeeter VAIO as shown below Now select the dropdown menu for speaker and select Cable Input(VB- Audio Virtual Cable)

Checking System In Skype click on Echo/Sound Test Service You should see the here the skype ringing and test message. You should also see the sound meter in the skype channel responding to the sound.
