Finding Contact Info for Another Person in MyCCCov 1. To find a phone number, address or email for another person in MyCCCov, first click the People link in the left menu bar. You will only be able to see listed profiles. Children under the age of 12 will not be listed. 2. After clicking People, begin typing a name in the search box. You may type first name, last name, or a combination of both. As you type, the system will automatically narrow your results and generate a list of people who meet your criteria. Click the name of a person to access their profile. 3. On the Info tab, you will be able to see the information the individual has chosen to share with those who have login access to MyCCCov. Anything not shared will be blank or show the message not enough privileges to view, meaning administrative rights are required to view the information. Because the tabs in profiles are sticky, any profile you access will open to the same tab you were on previously. NOTE: Adding an individual to your friends list will allow that person to view information in your profile with privacy settings of friends only or friends and my groups members. In addition, it will give you easy access to friends profiles if you wish to email them or view a phone number. This is a one-way add and does not require approval from the other person. 7

Groups Groups are the backbone of MyCCCov. Events, volunteer opportunities, message boards, and most emails all start through groups. You will see the groups you currently belong to on your personal homepage or by clicking the Groups link in the sidebar. Note: The CCCovChurch group is the one we will be using to stay connected. The All Church Group is a system group for database-only purposes. We wish we could hide the All Church Group, but unfortunately, the system will not let us. To find other groups, click advanced search. You may also click the Search magnifying glass icon on the top right corner of the page. This will pull up a window where you can set your search criteria. NOTE: Some groups are Open to All ; others, for privacy purposes, might require you to Request to Join. Once you are a member of a group, you may also have additional privileges based on the group settings, such as viewing other participants information, viewing the calendar for that group (see example below), signing up for an event, sending a group message, commenting on messages, creating needs, and uploading files. For an example, below is the calendar view for those who are in the M2M Men s Ministry group. You can see the events occurring specific to this ministry. 8

Calendar The Calendar is the best way for you to easily and quickly see what is going on at CCCov, within your groups, and for your family. Click on any event to find out more information about it (some may have links that take you to the appropriate page, as well as register for it if there is a registration.) From any page, click on the Calendar icon, next to the attention needed bell and reports icon. MyCalendar: The calendar contains events, needs and serving assignments specific to you, based on the groups you are participating in. Family Calendar: You also have access to a Family Calendar, which is a compilation of all your family's events. Only the primary contact and spouse can see these events. Church-wide Calendar: The church-wide calendar contains all published events. 9

Online Giving Online gifts can be made one-time or as a repeating gift. You can also choose to have your gift processed immediately or scheduled for a future date. Online Giving makes it easier for individuals to give by a click of a button. Why Give Online? It s a Step of Faith deciding in advance to give faithfully. It s Easy. You will find CCCov s online giving system comfortable, familiar and very easy to use. Regardless of age or computer knowledge, this system is user-friendly. It s Convenient. Simplify your monthly tithe and other contributions by setting up an account to automatically withdraw your contributions each month from your credit card*, checking or savings account. You can modify your account, track your giving, and print out your giving statement anytime you wish. *Since online giving involves giving through a debit or credit card, we NEVER advise anyone to go into debt or overdraw their account in order to give. It s Secure. As soon as you click the link below you enter a secure, fire-wall protected server that is not available to the public. From there, your gift is electronically transferred directly to CCCov s bank account and the information about your transfer is sent directly to CCCov s internal records. NOTE: Payment information is not stored on Church Community Builder servers. Instead, it is stored securely through BluePay s servers, which fully meet the PCI Security Standards Council compliance guidelines. If you have concerns, contact Mikhaela Craig. How Do I Give Online? 1. Log into MyCCCov by going to our website at claycentercovenant.com. 2. Click on the GIVE link at the top of the page to go to the GIVE page. Click on the GIVE ONLINE graphic button (see image on the right) in the sidebar. This will take you to the MyCCCov login page. 3. Log in to MyCCCov. The giving option is on the lefthand side of the screen titled Give. 4. You will be taken to a centralized location for everything related to your giving. You will have two tabs to choose from: Give and Schedules/History. 10

Online Giving One Time Gift - Checking Account 1. From the GIVE tab: To give a one-time gift via checking account, select One time gift. 2. Begin filling out the Gift Amount and choose Tithes & Offerings for the designation. NOTE: Other categories will be made available at times, such as for upcoming mission trips or fundraising efforts. 3. Under Payment Type, choose Checking Account. 4. Fill out additional information in the provided form. NOTES: You can update your contact information from this page as well as save payment information for ease next time you want to give. ACH gifts normally take 2 3 days to process completely. Online giving through a checking account REQUIRES logging in because that serves as identity verification for the transaction. It's like your signature on a check. 11

Online Giving One Time Gift - Debit/Credit Card 1. From the GIVE Tab: To give a one-time gift via debit/credit card, select One time gift. 2. Begin filling out the Gift Amount and choose Tithes & Offerings for the designation. NOTE: Other categories will be made available at times, such as for upcoming mission trips or fundraising efforts. 3. Under Payment Type, choose Debit/credit card. 4. Fill out additional information in the provided form. 5. Once those boxes are filled out, the rest of the page will load to show billing and contact information fields or show any payment methods you have saved. The confirm button is disabled until the entire page is filled out. NOTE: You can update your contact information from this page as well as save payment information for ease next time you want to give. 12

Online Giving Repeat Giving 1. Online giving can be processed quickly using the one-time gift tool, but those who prefer to give on a repeating schedule or one time at a later date can instead set up a gift to come out of their account on a specified day. 2. Follow the same instructions when giving a One-time gift, except you will select Repeating gift. 3. A different form will populate that will allow you to set up your scheduled giving. Here, you can choose how often you would like to give and/or how many gifts you are designating. 4. The confirm button is disabled until the entire page is filled out. 13

Online Giving / Giving Schedules/History & Giving Statement Once the gift has been processed, you will see the new Schedules/History page. This page will show past gifts (online or by check) and any scheduled repeating gifts you have. Your repeating gift schedules can now be accessed here as well, anytime. The details of each repeating gift are viewable by clicking the row, and you can also cancel any active repeating gifts. Within the Schedules/History section you can view transactions that have been created for your online gifts. Primary Contacts and Spouses can view repeating gifts and transactions for their family members via the Family view. This tab also includes quick access to our Giving Statement report. Click on the button and make the appropriate selections to run your own giving statement. NOTE: Giving statements will still be provided at the end of the year for total year-end donations of more than $200. 14
