3 3 This service is to request for a Temporary Access Card for an employee who is not sponsored by NIP. These cards are gate passes with a validity of one month to maximum of 6 months, allowing the non-sponsored employee to enter NIP to visit your company. Temporary Access Cards are issued only to employees of your sister/parent concerns, registered outside NIP and operating anywhere in the UAE for temporary basis. Navigation: 1. Login to Dubai Trade 2. Go to Access and Identity Cards from the menu on the left 3. Then Go to Temporary Access Card (TAC) 4. Click on Apply for TAC Approval 5. Then Click on Create New Request
4 4 Procedure: 1. Mark the Urgency of the Request. 2. Select Courier Delivery/Collection Required? 3. Select Title from the Dropdown menu. 4. Enter Given Name, Middle Name (Optional) and Last Name. 5. Select the Card Validity from the dropdown menu (One month to maximum of 6 months) 6. Enter the Present Nationality or Select the Present Nationality by clicking on the magnifying glass icon instead of typing in the field Search and Select the Nationality in the pop-up window that appears. 7. Select Religion from the dropdown menu.
5 5 8. Enter the Place of Birth 9. Enter Date of Birth in the correct format or select by clicking the calendar icon and choosing the appropriate date. 10. Select Marital Status from the dropdown menu. 11. Select Job Title by clicking on the magnifying glass 12. Search and Select the appropriate title from the pop-up window that appears. 13. Enter the Passport Number 14. Enter the employee passport s Place of Issue (Optional) 15. Enter the Passport s Country of Issue by clicking on the magnifying glass icon next to the field.
6 6 16. Search and select the correct country from the pop-up window that appears. 17. Enter the Passport Date of Issue and Date of Expiry in the correct format or select by clicking the calendar icon and choosing the appropriate date 18. Enter the employee s Permanent Native Address 19. Enter the employee s Post box Number or Postal Code (whichever is applicable). 20. Enter the employee s Permanent Native City 21. Enter the Permanent Native Country by clicking on the magnifying icon next to the field. Search and Select the Permanent Native Country from the pop-up window that appears.
7 7 22. Enter the Sponsor Name 23. Enter Sponsor Address. 24. Enter Sponsor Contact Name 25. Select the Emirate from the drop-down box. 26. Enter the company s employer s Post Office Box Number / Postal Code. 27. Specify the Reason for Request or give additional information. 28. Click on to save the request for future action. Click processing. to submit the request to the Free Zone Authority for 29. Click on Pay now to confirm charges and submit the request.
