Overview Police Body Camera is a video recording system that is typically utilized by law enforcement to record their interactions with the public, gather video evidence at crime scenes, and has been known to increase both officer and citizen accountability. A mini-sized status display, slide switch to power on/off and start/stop recording, 3500mAh big capacity Liion battery, available to be controlled via Wi-Fi network, convenient drop-in dock charger which can also be used to upload data from camera, are what make this camera special and full of energy. 1. Slide Switch Prompt Sounds: - One audio chirp: Press Photo button to take picture. - Three audio chirps: Slide to REC to start recording. - TWO audio chirps: Slide to SBY to stop recording. - Four audio chirps: External camera connected successfully - Two audio chirps every 2 seconds: Low battery (less than 15% battery remaining) 3

Status Mini LED Getting Started 1) Power on/off Slide Switch has 3 switches, OFF, SBY (Stand By) and REC(Record). Slide from OFF to SBY to turn on camera. A green indicator on top of the unit will turn on and remain green while the unit is in standby mode. Slide to OFF and camera will turn off. 2) Video Recording: To record a video, slide the switch to REC. The unit will emit THREE audio chirps and a red working indicator on top of the unit. Will turn on and remain red until recording is ended. Slide from REC to SBY to stop recording, the unit will emit TWO audio chirps, and the red indicator will change to green. 3) Taking Photo: To take a photo, press the Photo button located on the right side of device(when camera is held facing toward the front). The unit will emit ONE audio chirp. 4) Wi-Fi: User can set Wi-Fi via PC software Cam Manager. When Wi-Fi is On, there will be white indicator on the top of unit turned on. Note: When white indicator is flashing, it means Wi-Fi is being activated. 5
5) Fill-light: To turn on fill-light, double-press Photo button. Then, double press Photo button again to filllight. 6) Manual IR Switch: When you want to turn on/off IR light manually, press and hold Photo button for about 3 seconds. 7) Charging: Place the camera in the dock, then connect the dock to an electrical outlet using USB cable (included in the accessories). When the camera is being charged, the charging indicator located on top of the unit will be blue, and then after fully charged, the charging indicator will be off. 8) Data Browsing and Management: Place the camera in the dock, then connect the dock to PC using USB cable (included in the accessories), then use Cam Manager. Regarding how to use Cam Manager, please check Cam Manager Software Manual in the following part. 9) How to Reset? If you are having problems with your device, please try and reset the camera using the reset button. Note: Use a paper clip to press the reset button. You will hear a "click" after the button is pressed General informaion Software Manual This manual is intended to provide user with the information required for initial setup and explanation of the individual programming options. CAM MANAGER Allow user activate via USB Allow user login Sync CAM MANAGER to computer clock Modify login password and user ID Connect Find Cam Manager in CD disc. (Folder: Software Double-click on Cam Manager icon to open the software. If you use Windows 7, run as Administrator to make sure all functions work properly. Drop the camera into the dock, then connect dock to computer via provided USB cable. Note: If the camera doesn t turn on automatically, please turn it on manually. Press and hold the recording button for several seconds. After powered on, the green indicator will be on. Different User Types: Put camera into the dock, and connect dock to PC via USB cable, enter the password, then click Login. Administrator: available to change settings. General User: not available to change settings. Administrator User Default Password: 888888 General User Default Password: 000000 7
Change Device/User ID or Wi-Fi password; click Apply after setting. Click Open File Explorer to check and manage files in camera. And then removable disk of camera will be displayed in File Explorer. Setup 8

DEMS Camera/Video management Body Worm Camera management system, upload and search for recorded videos. Please double-click Digital_Evidence_Manager_0.1.1.164_Setup_Orion.exe to install DEMS. (Version Number may be different.) Installation Select English. After installation, double-click Station Manager on desktop to open DEMS. Please send Machine C and Register C to Orion Technology to get the License. If no License is entered, there will be 4 cameras active Input License, and Register. 10
Login Click Login, default User ID: super; Password: 123456 Connect camera to PC. If the camera is new to DEMS, it will be Unregistered 11

Input Account Info Add Device only if user may add devices. User Account added will be displayed Log out super first, then log in with the User Account just added. (User ID + Password) Can also add from super account. 13
Click Device, then Add Device. Add Device Add one Device at the time to be sure you select the correct BWC. (Do not have 8 cameras in the docking station when adding) Input User ID added before and click Search **If multiple cameras have been connected to PC, please click to select the camera that you want to register. **If just one camera is connected, please just click. 14
UPLOAD Registered Camera will upload data to PC automatically 15
Data Browsing. Click Search button, then click Search again to query all data uploaded. User can also search file by specified key word. If login as Super select Name, to find recordings To select single file or multiple files, please just click on the file name, or use SHIFT/CTRL to click on multiple file names. - Add Note: Select file or files first, then click Add Note. - Display More: To search files by time. - Play: Select file to open. - Importance Tag: Select file or files first, then click on Importance, important file or files cannot be deleted. - Cancel Importance Tag: Cancel importance tag for selected file or files. - Copy: Copy file to other location on PC. - Delete: Delete selected file or files. 16
GPS Player Copy the GPS_Player.exe to the drive where the movies are placed. To optimize the search, when the program starts, move or have videos placed in a directory called \DCIM\. Use + to a more movies Install WiFi APP Search linkineyes in app store, and install it on smart phone or tablet. Turn on the WiFi of camera, and then connect smart phone or tablet to the WiFi network. Default password is 0987654321 17
