Getting Started With PelicanMobile Pelican State CU s mobile banking app is downloadable from the Market located on the Launcher screen. In the Search box, enter Pelican State Credit Union to find our mobile banking app. On the app information screen, press the Install button to begin downloading the app for it to complete installation. After launching the app, the Welcome screen will appear referring to an activation code.* Choose I Need One. *If you have previously signed up for text banking, use your existing login to retrieve an activation code and skip to Step 6.
Getting Started With PelicanMobile, Cont d Step 5 If you chose New User, you will have to open the Co-op Mobile link provided in the browser. Enter your Pelican State Credit Union account information and follow the steps to retrieve your activation code. Write your activation code down. Step 6 Enter your activation code and cell phone number associated with your Pelican State Credit Union account. Click Submit. *You must enter the cell phone number associated with your Pelican State Credit Union account. Step 7 After entering your activation code, you will see the PelicanMobile log-in screen. Step 8 Now you are able to access your accounts with PelicanMobile. Enter your mobile banking User ID that you ve just created.* *The User ID and Password fields are case sensitive. For easier access use an Internet browser on a desktop computer to go to https://m.co-opmobile.org/co-op/enroll/enrollment/selectcreditunion to get an activation code.
Transferring Money Between Accounts in PelicanMobile In PelicanMobile, press the Transfer Funds button to begin transferring money between your accounts. Select the account you will be transferring from. Next, select the account you will be transferring to, if it is not automatically selected for you.* Enter the check amount to complete the transfer, select Approve Transfer. *If you only have two accounts, the other account listed will automatically be selected for you.
Searching Recent Activity in PelicanMobile In the PelicanMobile Accounts tab, select the Search Activity button to begin retrieving your transaction history. From the pop-up menu displayed, select By Date or By Amount depending on how you want to search. The Search by Date screen will be displayed for you to choose the date range you prefer. After you have picked the start and end dates, press Search. Now you will see the Recent Activity screen displaying the transactions from the selected date range.
Remote Deposit With PelicanMobile In PelicanMobile, navigate to the Deposit tab and select Start New Deposit. The Check Deposit screen will display. Select the Front option to take a picture of the front of the check you would like to deposit. The app will display the camera screen so that you can line the check up between the frames provided and press the button. You will be brought back to the Check Deposit screen when you finish. Repeat and for the back of the check. Once the pictures are taken, you will need to input the Amount of the deposit, select the Account you wish to deposit into. You may also enter an Email address to receive confirmation. To finish, press Continue to upload your check. Use your compatible artphone with Android operating system. Provisional Credit and Availability of Funds Below is our general funds availability policy for this service: If you receive a Deposit Approval Notification on... Monday-Friday before 6:00 PM EST: Up to $200 of the check will be available that day Checks under $2,499 will be available the next business day Checks over $2,499, up to $5,000 will be available 2 business days from the day of approval. If you receive a Deposit Approval Notification on... Monday-Friday after 6:00 PM EST, Saturday, Sunday, or on a Holiday: Up to $200 of the check will be available the next business day Checks under $2,499 will be available 2 business days from the day of approval Checks over $2,499, up to $5,000 will be available 3 business days from the day of approval. Credit given for the item is provisional and subject to final approval of the item. Funds you deposit may be delayed for a longer period of time when we have reasonable cause to believe the check is uncollectable. We will notify you if we delay your ability to withdraw funds because we believe the check is uncollectable and we will tell you when funds will be available. You agree to receive all notifications regarding your use of this Service including but not limited to exception notices as required by Regulation CC via electronic message.
