Roaming & International Roaming 24 Hour Travel Pass Zest4 Roaming Fair Usage Policy In line with recent changes around Roam Like at Home legislation, we have introduced a new fair usage policy to ensure end user allowances are being used for purpose whilst roaming. Policy Terms Inclusive roaming services on Zest4 s mobile tariffs have been built for business users who travel periodically, and not for those who roam across foreign networks on a semi-permanent or permanent basis. If a customer uses their mobile in destinations outside the UK that qualify for inclusive access to standard bundles, for more than 50% of the time in any four month rolling period, they can expect a communication requesting a moderation of roaming services. If usage continues to exceed 50% as described in the two week period following notification, Zest4 reserve the right to charge for this usage or business roaming services. Vodafone Forever Connected Rules VF Forever Connected and Mobile Broadband tariffs are for New Business Only - from 1st May 2018* VF Forever Connected and Mobile Broadband tariffs are charged a disconnection fee of 30 + VAT per number if disconnected, or ported or migrated away.** VF Forever Connected and Mobile Broadband tariffs are 6 Month Minimum contract term then 30 day rolling notice thereafter. Where compatible Vodafone World Traveller @ 5.25 per day, VF Forever Connected 500 and Mobile Broadband tariffs are not compatible. Where compatible Vodafone International Caller @ 6.00 per month, VF Forever Connected 500 and Mobile Broadband tariffs are not compatible. Data Alerts (% of Usage) are not offered as standard on Vodafone tariffs. Providing data alerts during the month of connection, and also where a tariff migration has occurred can distort the alert thresholds due to pro rata of allowance. Zest4 will endeavour to make partners and customers aware of users approaching their % of usage threshold where possible however we cannot guarantee that an alert can be provided at all times and therefore they should not be relied upon to manage usage and overage. * Existing customers on legacy tariffs (connected pre 1st May 2018) can tariff migrate to a new July 2018 tariff with a fee of 35 + VAT per number. ** The 30 disconnection fee maybe waived upon request if the number has been connected for over 24 months.
