New Web Outlook Look and Feel: You can personalize your Web Outlook by using Themes. Click on Options and select the desired Theme.

Reading Messages: You can double click to view an email message. Options for Replying are found at the top of the email.

Instead of double-clicking you might choose to have the Reading Pane Open on the Right or the Bottom. You can now reply from the Reading Pane View. Within the Reading Pane, you have options to Reply, Reply All, or Forward a message.

Sending a Message: If you know the Recipient s email address, you may type it into the TO field or search by clicking on TO.

Type the name of the person s name and press Enter on your keyboard. This will produce the options available and a description of where they work. Select To, CC, or BCC to place this person s email in one of those options. Click OK when done. If you need to send a message to entire location, use the location number when conducting the search

Fill in the Subject and Body of the email. There are options at the top to insert a File, or Picture. You may also mark this as High Importance or Low Importance. If you have a signature set up, you may also insert a Signature.

Deleting Messages: From inside a message, you will see the option to delete the Open Message. From the main view, you can delete a message, by checking the box in front of it and using the Delete option at the top of the page.

Recovering Deleted Messages: If you accidently delete a message from your deleted folder and you need to recover it, right-click on the Deleted Folder title and select Recover Deleted Items. Activating this function opens a new window that allows you to select which document, or sets of documents need to be retrieved; even if the waste basket is empty. Once you select which email you wish to recover, use the folder icon at the top of the window. This will bring the email back into the Deleted Folder section. To clear all the messages in your Recover Deleted Items section, highlight them all and use the X icon to permanently remove all of them.

To clear your Deleted Messages from the Deleted Items section, you can simply click on Empty at the top of the page and all your deleted messages will be cleared from your Deleted Items section. Confirm your decision to delete all messages in the Deleted Items by clicking YES. Remember, you can still get deleted documents by using the RIGHT click button over the Deleted Items folder!
