Introduction Welcome to the Intermatic Partner Portal. This portal can be used to enter orders, check order status, retrieve shipping information, and check product inventory. This portal can be accessed directly from our website www.intermatic.com and will open in a separate window. If you do not have a userid and password for this site, you will need to request a valid userid and password before you can access this portal. Page 3 of 17
Requesting Access If you do not have a userid and password for this portal, you can request a password by completing a form with your name and company information. To access the form, click on the link to request access to the site. Page 4 of 17
Complete the form by entering your email address, first and last name, organization name. Please select your role in the organization from the drop down box. Phone number and organization address are also required. If you know your 6 digit Intermatic customer number, please enter it in the box. When you have completed all the information, click the update form button. Page 5 of 17
When all the information on the form is complete, click the submit request button. You will see notification that your request has been received. As soon as your request has been processed, you will receive an email containing your userid and password if access has been granted to you. Page 6 of 17
The email you receive will contain your userid, temporary password, and the link to access the portal. The first time you signon you will be required to select a security question and answer, and also set a new password. After you complete these steps, you will able to review your orders, enter new orders, and check inventory. Page 7 of 17
Updating Your Profile The first time you access the portal, you will be asked to select a security question and answer, and enter a new password. After you complete these two steps, you will be able to view your orders, enter new orders, and check inventory. If you forget your password later, the security question and answer will be required to access your password. You can return to this screen at any time to change this information by clicking the update profile option. Page 8 of 17
Order Status The order status/order entry screen can be accessed by clicking the Orders option. The most recent orders appear at the top of the screen. Search criteria can be added for Purchase Order Number, Intermatic order number, or date range. Search can also be limited to open orders or credit memos only by clicking the appropriate radio button. Be sure to click the Search button after changing any selection criteria. Use the Previous and Next buttons at the bottom of the screen to scroll the list of orders. Page 9 of 17
To see the detail of any order, click on the Details link of any order. This will show you all of the order detail information items, quantities, shipment details, and invoice details. If the shipment carrier is UPS, click the UPS tracking number to track the shipment on the UPS tracking website. Return to the order list by clicking the Return button. Page 10 of 17
Entering Orders To create a new order, click the Create New Order button on the order status screen. The order header screen will need to be completed before adding items to the order. A unique PO number is required no duplicate PO numbers can be entered. Ship Date or Delivery Date can be selected by radio button. Carrier and Freight Method can be selected from the drop down options. Ship to address can be modified. Notes can be added to the order by clicking the Notes link underneath the items. The order can be canceled or updated by using the Cancel Order and Update Changes buttons. Be sure to Update Changes to reflect any changes you make to the order. After the order header is complete, add items to the order by clicking Add Items button. Page 11 of 17
In order to locate items to add to the order, you can scroll the Next and Previous buttons at the bottom of the page. You can filter the list by entering the first characters of the item you are looking for. You can also enter a word in the item description box, such as TIMER or POOL, etc. Be sure to click the Search button to filter the list any time you change the search criteria. When you have located the item you are looking for, enter a quantity in the box and click the Add Item button. When you have located and added all the items for your order, click Return to Order button. Page 12 of 17
Once you have returned to the order header screen, verify all the order. If you make any changes to the order, be sure to click Update Changes. You can delete a line by click the red X on the left side of the item. Quantities can be changed then click the Update Changes button. You can also add Notes to the order or Cancel Order at this time. Once the order is complete, click the Confirm Order button. Once on the Confirmation screen, verify that all information is correct. Click Back to Edit to modify the order, or click Create Order to post the order. Once the order has been created, you will not be able to modify it in the portal. It may take a moment to post the order do not click Create Order more than 1 time. Page 13 of 17
You will now see the order confirmation containing the Intermatic order number. You can select to Return to the order status screen, Print this confirmation, or Email this confirmation page. This order cannot be cancelled or modified in the portal. If this order needs to be modified, please contact Intermatic Customer Service at 815-675-7002. Page 14 of 17
Inventory Availability The inventory status can be checked by clicking the Inventory Availability option. You can search available items by entering the leading characters of the item, entering a word that may in the description, or by selecting a class of items to search. Use the Next and Previous buttons at the bottom of the page to scroll the list. If you want to see inventory by warehouse, click the check box. Page 15 of 17

Forgotten Password If you have forgotten your password, click on the link on the signon page. You will be prompted to enter your userid (email address). Click Continue. Answer the security question correctly and click Continue. Your password will be emailed to you. Page 17 of 17
