Welcome to your Online Payment and Presentment Portal Your web portal has been designed to provide users easy navigation through an electronic version of their monthly Services Statement. Users may view Service Charge Detail, Discounts, Taxes, and Usage Records as well as have the ability to create a host of Graphs and Reports. Your current invoice may also be settled on-line through the Bill Payment option. A new invoice will be made available each month for online viewing. Getting Started In order to log into your web portal, you need an Account Number and Password. Passwords can be created by a customer service representative or in some instances by the user. If additional information on the creation of passwords is needed, please contact your customer service representative. Login Screen 1. Enter your ACCOUNT NUMBER or EMAIL ADDRESS and click ENTER. The Password field displays. NOTE: Before you can use your Email address to log into the web portal, your Email Address must be on record. If this is the first time accessing this portal, please use your Account Number. Once you enter your password and email address into the web portal, your email address can be used. 2. Enter your PASSWORD and click ENTER. The system validates your information and continues to the Home Page if valid. If your entries are not valid, you receive an error message and remain on the LOGIN screen. 1

PASSWORD HELP If a PASSWORD HINT is filled in for your profile, clicking PASSWORD HELP displays your PASSWORD HINT on the screen. STILL DON T KNOW? If you still do not remember your password and the CHALLENGE QUESTION and CHALLENGE RESPONSE fields were filled in for your profile, you can click STILL DON T KNOW? Your CHALLENGE QUESTION displays. ANSWER FIELD CHALLENGE QUESTION Type your response in the ANSWER field and click SUBMIT RESPONSE. The following message displays. Your Password will be emailed to the address associated with the account. 2

Using Your Web Portal After a successful login, the Home Page displays on your Desktop. The Home Page includes General Information, the Main Menu, as well as various System Messages. General Information Information located at the very top left hand side of your screen includes your Account Name, Last Access Date and Time, and the CURRENT STATEMENT. Click SIGN OUT to sign out of the web site. Click RESET/HOME to reset your screen to display the OmniView s Home Page. Current Statement The date listed in the CURRENT STATEMENT field is the focus of all data that displays. SELECTING A DIFFERENT STATEMENT TO VIEW NOTE Click the down arrow next to the current date. Select the desired statement from the drop down list. Depending on selections made by the administrator of the site, some options discussed in this document may not be currently available. Please contact the administrator if options discussed in this document are desired. 3

Statement View The STATEMENT VIEW link is used to navigate through your selected statement. 1. Click the plus sign next to STATEMENT VIEW from the Main menu. Two selections may display. The INTERACTIVE view is used to browse through all charges and usage related to the invoice selected. The PDF view is used to view your actual paper statement image via Adobe Acrobat. You will need to have Acrobat Reader (version 7.0 or greater) installed on your machine to use the PDF view. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat, you can download it for free at the adobe website. www.adobe.com INTERACTIVE VIEW 2. Click INTERACTIVE. ACCOUNT SUMMARY and GENERAL SERVICE SUMMARY displays. The ACCOUNT SUMMARY area shows the Previous Balance amount as well as amounts for any Payments or Adjustments. The GENERAL SERVICE SUMMARY area is a quick-view grid showing Recurring, Non- Recurring, Usage, Discount, Taxes, and Total amounts for each type of service purchased. Additional details about the charges against any Service Category can be displayed. 3. Click the desired SERVICE CATEGORY name. The SERVICE SUMMARY for the category selected displays below the last Service Category. 4

LINE NUMBER charges can also be viewed. 4. Click on the LINE NUMBER item to view specific line-item charges. Two detailed sections display. CHARGE DETAIL and USAGE DETAIL for the selected line. NOTE: Use your scroll bar to view detail. PDF If this option is available, your invoice opens formatted as it would be mailed to you. Please note that this view may not be available. 5

Reports The REPORTS link allows you to create various reports against the Invoice data. Detailed explanation of each report is available under the Reports section in this document. Charts The CHARTS link allows you to create various charts and graphs against the Invoice data. Detailed explanation of each Chart is available under the Charts section in this document. 6

Output The OUTPUT link is used to download invoice data to your local machine. 1. Click OUTPUT from the Main menu. The following screen displays. All SECTIONS TO BE PROCESSED are selected by default and COMMA is selected as the delimiter. 2. Make selections as desired. 3. Click PROCESS FILES. The following screen displays. The information can be viewed on the screen or saved to a text file. VIEW FILE CONTENTS FILE TYPES CREATED AS Account Summary CO Consolidated Summary SD Service Detail SS Service Summary UD Usage Detail Click a link to view the file contents. SAVE FILE The SAVE AS screen displays. Right click one of the links and choose SAVE TARGET AS. Select the destination for the output. The file name defaults to your account number_invoice date_file type.txt. The file name can be changed. Example: 10000000520_20030131_AS.txt Click SAVE. 7

Pay My Bill The PAY MY BILL link is used to pay your most recently issued invoice on-line. 1. Click PAY MY BILL from the Main menu. The PAY MY BILL screen displays. PENDING PAYMENT(S) indicate a payment has been made against the current invoice. To view information, click PENDING PAYMENT(S). INVOICE DETAILS section includes the Cycle End date, Invoice Number, and Total Due. Before you can click SUBMIT PAYMENT, the PAYMENT OPTIONS section must be filled in. 2. Select the PAYMENT METHOD from the drop down list. 3. Select your CREDIT CARD / ACH choice from the drop down list. 4. Enter additional Credit Card / ACH information. NOTE: Click EDIT to edit an existing Credit Card Number. 5. Click SAVE to save this information. NOTE: Do not click SAVE if you wish to enter your credit card information each month. 6. The TOTAL DUE amount can be changed if desired by entering the exact amount you wish to pay. 7. Click SUBMIT PAYMENT. You know immediately if the payment has been approved or denied. 8

In order to prevent you from initiating a payment more than once, two safeguards have been put in place. 1. A same-amount payment can not be submitted by a user within a 24 hour period. This is just a general safeguard that will stop a user from submitting a same- payment amount that was already previously successfully processed and stored in Omnibill. If a user attempts to make a payment within 24 hours, the following message displays Process Aborted! It has been detected that you have process a payment of $100.00 within the past 24 hours. 2. The PAYMENT NETWORK also conducts a duplication check. If a second transaction is attempted anytime within the current day it will be declined as a duplicate on the PAYMENT NETWORK SIDE. When a duplicate decline is issued by the PAYMENT NETWORK, the original transaction along with the PNREF and AUTHORIZATION ID displays. The original transaction is recorded as your payment. AUTO SETTLE USING ABOVE PAYMENT INFORMATION If you wish to have your account automatically settled each month, click the AUTO SETTLE USING ABOVE PAYMENT INFORMATION checkbox. With this option checked your account will automatically be settled each month without any intervention from you. If this option is checked, credit card or ACH information must be filled in and saved. Payment Information can also be seen in the Transaction History report. 9

Account Status The ACCOUNT STATUS link is used to display a summary of your current account s status including: Whether your account is ACTIVE, SUSPENDED or DEACTIVATED. The balance from the last statement. Payment amount received and officially posted to your account. Usage posted to your account since your last statement. This item may not be listed on your account. Total amount owed. 10

Statement History The STATEMENT HISTORY link is used to review a summary of older invoices. The invoices display in NEWEST to OLDEST order. This summary can be printed. 1. Click STATEMENT HISTORY from the Main Menu. The list of STATEMENTS display. 2. Select a Format EXCEL or ACROBAT PDF file from the SELECT A FORMAT drop down list. 3. Click EXPORT and follow the prompts to OPEN or SAVE the report. 11

Transaction History The TRANSACTION HISTORY link is used to display a 12-month history of all transactions (new charges, payments, and adjustments) applied to your account. This information is presented by Invoice Number in NEWEST to OLDEST order. Transactions that have NOT YET appeared on an invoice are ALWAYS at the TOP of the listing and will not include an invoice number. This summary can be printed. 1. Click TRANSACTION HISTORY from the Main Menu. The list of TRANSACTIONS display. 2. Select a Format EXCEL or ACROBAT PDF file from the SELECT A FORMAT drop down list. 3. Click EXPORT and follow the prompts to OPEN or SAVE the report. 12

Preferences This PREFERENCE link is used to CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD and set-up how you would like to be NOTIFIED when a new invoice is ready to be viewed, 1. Click the plus sign next to PREFERENCES from the Main menu. Three options may display. MANAGE ADDRESSES NOTE: This option is only available if your provider has enabled it. This option is used to change your email address as well as the location your paper invoice is mailed to. 1. Click MANAGE ADDRESSES; the Manage Addresses screen displays. The Location Address cannot be changed. Please note the following: 1. If you want to change your LOCATION ADDRESS, please contact your provided. 2. The only field that can be edited in the LOCATION ADDRESS section is the Email Address. Click Edit, change the email address and click SAVE (Edit turns to Save). 3. If you would like to send your paper invoice to a different address (other than the selected Address), click the radial button corresponding to the address desired. 4. To ADD or EDIT a Secondary or Other address, click EDIT corresponding to the address desired and enter or edit the address information. 5. The email address that corresponds to the SEND MAIL TO selection is the email address that will be used for all email correspondences. 13

CHANGE PASSWORD 1. Click CHANGE PASSWORD. The CHANGE PASSWORD screen displays. The Password requirements are listed on the screen. 2. Enter your CURRENT PASSWORD, your NEW PASSWORD, and your new password once again to verify. All passwords are masked example below. 3. Click CHANGE. A message displays. OTHER 1. Click OTHER to display NOTIFICATION and PASSWORD HELP preferences. Email address is a required field. You will not be able to save any of your changes unless you enter an email address. DISCONTINUE MY PAPER STATEMENT is available in the above example. If you select this option, you will no longer receive paper statements through the mail. If you leave this option unchecked, you will receive paper invoices through the mail. If the option is grayed out (unavailable), the administrator of the web site locked this option and; you will not receive a paper statement by default. 14

PLEASE SEND TO THE SAVED EMAIL ADDRESS. WHEN A NEW CYCLE STATEMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR ONLINE VIEWING This option must be checked if you want to receive e-mail notifications when a new statement is available for online viewing. IF I REQUEST PASSWORD HELP If checked, you can receive an email helping you remember your selected password. This feature works in conjunction with the QUICK HINT, CHALLENGE QUESTION and CHALLENGE RESPONSE fields. EMAIL NOTIFICATION GREETING If you enter HELLO in this field, your email greeting displays: HELLO. PASSWORD HELP QUICK HINT, CHALLENGE QUESTION, and CHALLENGE RESPONSE fields are informational fields to help you with a forgotten OmniView password. The information can be used if you forget your OmniView password. 2. Click OK. Support The SUPPORT link is used to view available support for the OmniView web site. CONTACTS HELP: This link is use to obtain the OmniView User Guide and may contain a helpful list of contact points within the company. MESSAGING: If messaging is setup, it can be used to send messages to our various support departments. REPORT A TROUBLE: This area, if available, can be used to report a trouble or issue. FAQS: If Frequently Asked Questions have been created, they display in this area. Other Links This area may contain a listing of other related web sites and information pages for you to visit. 15

Reports Selecting REPORTS displays a list of available Reports that you may create against the selected invoiced cycle. Frequently Called Numbers This report displays the top x called numbers across any number of purchased services. The report output and values vary based on the number of Service Categories selected, and the number of called numbers requested. If an additional Service Category is selected (or deselected), the GENERATE REPORT button must be pressed again to recalculate the report. 1. Click FREQUENTLY CALLED NUMBERS. The FREQUENTLY CALLED NUMBERS screen displays. 10 is the default number of values to return. NUMBER OF TOP VALUES TO RETURN (optional) Select the desired number of values to return. 2. Highlight the SERVICE CATEGORIES that you want to display. Hold down the control key or shift key to highlight more than one service. 3. Click GENERATE REPORT. The report displays. 1. Select a Format EXCEL or ACROBAT PDF file from the SELECT A FORMAT drop down list. 2. Click EXPORT and follow the prompts to OPEN or SAVE the report. 16

Expensive Calls This report displays the top x Expensive Calls across any number of purchased services. The report output and values vary based on the number of Service Categories selected. If an additional Service Category is selected (or de-selected), the GENERATE REPORT button must be pressed again to recalculate the report. 1. Click EXPENSIVE CALLS. The EXPENSIVE CALLS screen displays. 10 is the default number of values to return. CALLS OVER 10 DOLLARS (optional) Select the desired number to return. 2. Highlight the SERVICE CATEGORIES that you want to display. Hold down the control key or shift key to highlight more than one service. 3. Click GENERATE REPORT. The report displays. NOTE: The above example shows Calls over $10.00. 1. Select a Format EXCEL or ACROBAT PDF file from the SELECT A FORMAT drop down list. 2. Click EXPORT and follow the prompts to OPEN or SAVE the report 17

Lengthy Calls This report displays the top x Lengthy Calls across any number of purchased services. The report output and values vary based on the number of Service Categories selected. If an additional Service Category is selected (or de-selected), the GENERATE REPORT button must be pressed again to recalculate the report. 1. Click LENGTHY CALLS. The LENGTHY CALLS screen displays. 10 is the default number of values to return. CALLS OVER 10 MINS 0 SECS (optional) Select the desired number to return. 2. Highlight the SERVICE CATEGORIES that you want to display. Hold down the control key or shift key to highlight more than one service. 3. Click GENERATE REPORT. The report displays. 1. Select a Format EXCEL or ACROBAT PDF file from the SELECT A FORMAT drop down list. 2. Click EXPORT and follow the prompts to OPEN or SAVE the report. 18

Area Code Summary This report summarizes all Area Codes called across any number of purchased services. The report output and values vary based on the number of Service Categories selected. If an additional Service Category is selected (or de-selected), the GENERATE REPORT button must be pressed again to recalculate the report. 1. Click AREA CODE SUMMARY. The AREA CODE SUMMARY screen displays. 2. Highlight the SERVICE CATEGORIES that you want to display. Hold down the control key or shift key to highlight more than one service. 3. Click GENERATE REPORT. The report displays.. 1. Select a Format EXCEL or ACROBAT PDF file from the SELECT A FORMAT drop down list. 2. Time of Day Summary This report summarizes all calls made within a 24-hour period across any number of purchased services. The report output and values vary based on the number of Service Categories selected. If an additional Service Category is selected (or de-selected), the GENERATE REPORT button must be pressed again to recalculate the report. 1. Click TIME OF DAY SUMMARY. The TIME OF DAY SUMMARY screen displays. 2. Highlight the SERVICE CATEGORIES that you want to display. Hold down the control key or shift key to highlight more than one service. 3. Click GENERATE REPORT. The report displays. 1. Select a Format EXCEL or ACROBAT PDF file from the SELECT A FORMAT drop down list. 2. Click EXPORT and follow the prompts to OPEN or SAVE the report. 20

Day of Week Summary This report summarizes all calls made by weekday across any number of purchased services. The report output and values vary based on the number of Service Categories selected. If an additional Service Category is selected (or de-selected), the GENERATE REPORT button must be pressed again to recalculate the report. 1. Click DAY OF WEEK SUMMARY. The DAY OF WEEK SUMMARY screen displays. 2. Highlight the SERVICE CATEGORIES that you want to display. Hold down the control key or shift key to highlight more than one service. 3. Click GENERATE REPORT. The report displays. 1. Select a Format EXCEL or ACROBAT PDF file from the SELECT A FORMAT drop down list. 2. Date Summary This report summarizes all calls made by date and day within a particular Billing Cycle. The report output and values vary based on the number of Service Categories selected. If an additional Service Category is selected (or de-selected), the GENERATE REPORT button must be pressed again to recalculate the report. 1. Click DATE SUMMARY. The DATE SUMMARY screen displays. 2. Highlight the SERVICE CATEGORIES that you want to display. Hold down the control key or shift key to highlight more than one service. 3. Click GENERATE REPORT. The report displays. 1. Select a Format EXCEL or ACROBAT PDF file from the SELECT A FORMAT drop down list. 2. Click EXPORT and follow the prompts to OPEN or SAVE the report. 22

Called State Summary This report summarizes all calls made by terminating state across any number of purchased services. The report output and values vary based on the number of Service Categories selected. If an additional Service Category is selected (or de-selected), the GENERATE REPORT button must be pressed again to recalculate the report. 1. Click CALLED STATE SUMMARY. The CALLED STATE SUMMARY screen displays. 2. Highlight the SERVICE CATEGORIES that you want to display. Hold down the control key or shift key to highlight more than one service. 3. The report output and values vary based on the number of Service Categories selected. The CALLED AREA SUMMARY screen displays. 2. Highlight the SERVICE CATEGORIES that you want to display. Hold down the control key or shift key to highlight more than one service. 3. Click GENERATE REPORT. The report displays. 1. Select a Format EXCEL or ACROBAT PDF file from the SELECT A FORMAT drop down list. 2.
