Verification Compliance with the requirements is proven by Expert Opinion demonstrating compliance with EN 301 511 V9.0.2 and 3GPP TS 51.010-1 V4.9.0 or newer. Assessment According to Expert Option G0M-1206-2043-C-V01 the EUT complies to the EN 301 511 V9.0.2 and referenced ETSI TS 151 010-1 standard. This fulfills the requirement. 4.2 Assessment Results IMEI Security IMEI Security acc. Verdict: PASS Requirement according to reference Requirement Reference Section 5.2 GSM CE shall comply with IMEI security requirements of ETSI TS 151 010-1 V6.2.1. Verification According to ETSI TS 151 010-1 or 3GPP TS 51.010-1 the requirement can be fulfilled by a customer declaration that contains the following statements: he has taken necessary and sufficient steps to ensure that any individual or organization cannot economically change the IMEI after the ME's final production process; the IMEI resists tampering, i.e. manipulation and change, by any means (e.g. physical, electrical and software). Assessment The customer declaration Declaration IMEI FOX_IN_EN attests conformity of the EUT with the IMEI security requirements according to ETSI TS 151 010-1 V6.2.1 or 3GPP TS 51.010-1 V6.2.1.
