Welcome to Innovative's Ministry Websites Ministry Administration Tools You now have access to the administrative tools for your Ministry Bookstore Website. These tools are designed to help you maintain the progress of your website's sales and to customize areas of your site. Where to Begin: You may use the tools in this section to customize the look and feel of your site. You may add proprietary products and create pages to display these on, create HTML custom pages, and much more! You may also view the site traffic report so that you know how many people have visited your site and check out your sales in real time. At the top of the tools, there are three drop down boxes: Info about My Website, Modify My Website, and Help. Modify My Website 1) Add/Edit Category & Feature Pages: Allows you to choose either HTML or products module/row to create a custom feature page with dynamic products with your look and feel. a. Add/Edit Categories This option allows you to create new categories to assign products to. These categories create product listing pages for you to use on your site. i. Add a New Custom Category You have the option to display your fulfilled products by using Categories. You can create a main category and/or subcategories for product pages and products fulfilled by Innovative can be included in these pages. If you want a main category leave the Top Category drop down set to Select Top Category. If you want to create a subcategory, choose your main/top category first, then key in the subcategory name in the Category Name box and hit the Submit Category button. Example subcategories, Books, Audio and DVDs could all be subcategories of Evangelism Helps. ii. Editing Custom Product Category 1. Edit Category Name To the left of the category names that you have created, you will see Edit. Here you can change the name of the category. 2. Delete Category To the far right, you also have the option to Delete the category that you created. If you click delete, you will receive a notice Are you sure you want to delete this information? Once you delete it, all the information in the layout (html, products, sort orders) will be deleted as well. 3. Create Category Page Once you have created your Category and added the Top Category (if necessary), you will be able to create and edit the feature page for that category. To create the feature page for the given category, click Edit under the Layout column for that category. You can then add your own html for the header for your page. Use this to place images or text about the category on your page. You can also choose from one to four column layouts. Be sure to click Save Category Layout before moving forward. You can always see your changes by clicking Preview Category Page that is listed in red at the top of the page just above the header HTML box. All of the items that you created and assigned to that category will show. To add any other products that are already in the system, you can enter those under the Add Products to your Custom Category Page. For example if you are able to

fulfill a book from an author your site is affiliated with instead of it being fulfilled from one of the main supply houses. You can enter the SKU and the sort order and then Add Product to Category. b. Add/Edit Custom Feature Page Allows you to choose either HTML or products module/row to create a custom feature page with dynamic products with your look and feel. i. Add a New Custom Feature Page You have the option with this section to display products in a custom feature page. With this tool, you create the page by row. You can use HTML sections, 1 product row, 2 product row, 3 product row or a 4 product row. You are not limited to the amount of rows on your page. To start, click the Add New Feature Page button. ii. Your Custom Feature Pages Here you can choose an already existing Custom Feature Page to edit, sort or delete. The Page Link column tells you where to link to your new page. You would add it to the end of your Online Ministry Store URL. Example: http://www.yoururl.com/pagemodule.aspx?id=1. 2) Add/Edit Custom Pages Below is the information currently stored in your Custom Page Section. The custom pages are HTML pages that you control all of the center content for. The live page will appear within the Template for the site. a. Add a Custom Page Click on Add New Page. Enter the name of your custom page, title, META keywords, META phrases, and your html text that you want to appear in the center content of the page. Once you are finished, click Submit. You will see the new url for the page, and will be able to preview the newly created page. b. Editing a Custom Page To edit this information, click the word Edit on the Custom Page listing next to the page you want to change. Make the changes needed and click Submit. You can then click on Preview Current File to see your changes. 3) Add/Edit Files Allows you to upload any images that you need for your website. Images for products are not uploaded here. Images for the wrappers, header images, custom pages, and other such template items would be uploaded to this directory. Click Add File, click browse to locate your needed image, and then click Upload. If you have issues trying to upload your images, they might be too large. For more information on formatting images, click here. 4) Add/Edit Products Here you will be able to create, edit, and delete your proprietary products.
