Call Forwarding is a great feature to send all the calls that would normally ring your phone to a different extension or outside phone number. It basically takes every call to your phone and immediately forwards each one to the number you set up without ever ringing your phone. In this example, we are going to forward all of our calls to Ext. 2001 because I will be on vacation. This way my calls are answered. Within the Call Forwarding application you can also store a Mobile, Home and Office number to be used. This way in the future if you want to forward calls to your home, you dont have to enter in the number each time. Activate Call Forward is currently deactivated. We will go ahead and press the button from the main Call Forwarding screen. In this example, we are going to setup our Home number by pressing the H option for home.
