Requirements & Challenges Due to the rapid development of telecommunication technology, the related IT equipment s power consumption is increase and heat density is getting higher, therefore the demand of heat dissipation is growing. Point-to-point In-Row cooling system is an efficient solution and technology to overcome the heat density issue. The concept of In-Row system is by reducing the distance between the heat sources and cooling system to allow the cold air flow pass through the hot aisle directly. This methodology can prevent heat and hot air dissipated from the IT equipment accumulated and cycled, in the same time reduce the system PUE. ZTE ZXCR series DX In-Row cooling system adopt energy saving, low power consumption design and applicable in all scenario that required precise control of temperature and humidity condition such as data center, computer room, program controlled switching room, satellite & mobile communication stations and etc. ZTE ZXCR series divided into 300mm and 600mm standardize dimension cabinet which can provide green, energy saving, efficient, reliable, easy maintenance and integration for In-Row cooling system. Cooling on demand EC fan with on-demand air volume adjustment, real time temperature adjustment DX unit use inverter, automatically adjust the compression ratio base on cooling demand, to achieve the cooling capacity level. DX unit using the electronic expansion valve, adjust the refrigerant flow rate according to real time temperature, to achieve efficient precision refrigeration. 2. Energy Efficiency
Optimize the heat exchanger structure, to achieve maximum heat circulation in limited space. Air-cooled unit with air flow optimization, together with EC fan and inverter to achieve the best performance and reduce energy consumption. Water-cooled unit optimizes piping layout, together with electric two-way valve and EC fan to achieve performance and reduce the energy consumption. Product Description ZTE ZXCR DX series In-Row cooling system adopt two cooling capacity: 23 64 kw which can solve the issue of high cooling density in different environments and applications. ZXCR-3-DX ZXCR-6-DX DX unit adopts DC inverter compressor, EC fan, electronic expansion valve, electrode humidification and condensate pump and other components. By using the DC inverter compressor to compress and deliver the refrigerant to the outdoor condenser for heat circulation, expansion of electronic valve in In-Row system, intelligent EC fan, and supplemented by heating humidification to achieve precision cooling and improve cooling efficiency. With different cooling capacity 23kW, 25kW and 42kW, the in-row AC can be deployed between cabinet, installing close to the heat source, and dynamically matching data center load demand. Besides, the cooling pipe can be up the ceiling or inside the base, and is easy for maintenance from front end and rear end. With high efficiency reliability, easy installation and maintenance, the In-Row AC is widely used in different data center scenarios, providing In-Row cooling solutions for high and medium density data center.
