Operating instructions: Thank you and congratulations for purchasing your LinQTab LQBHPS Bluetooth Stereo Headphones. Please read through this manual through carefully to maximize your enjoyment of the product and to ensure your own safety. These headphones will give you thorough enjoyment of your music. After pairing with your phone, you can work on your own things as well as enjoying the music. These headphones comply with Bluetooth v4.0 technology, are compatible with any Bluetooth enabled device and support the headphones hands free profiles. Product diagram 1. Bluetooth Headphones Setup To begin using your Bluetooth Stereo Headphones, please follow the steps below: 1. Ensure your Headphones are fully charged before attempting to use them. 2. Pair your charged Bluetooth Stereo Headphones with a Bluetooth-enabled phone. Wearing your headphones Charging your headphones Connect the charger to the charging port and plug into a standard 115 volt electrical socket. The indicator light turns red when charging and the indicator light will turn blue once fully charged. Turn your headphones on To turn on your headphones, press and hold the MFB for 3 seconds till the indicator light flashes 3 times in blue. Turn your headphones off To turn off your headphones, press and hold the MFB for 3 seconds till the indicator light flashes 3 times in red. Attention: if you do not use the headphones for an extended period of time, we suggest that you should turn the headphones off and remember to also turn off the Bluetooth function on your phone. 7

Pairing your headphones 1. Pair the Bluetooth Headphones for the first time a. Place the headphones and mobile phone where they are easily seen and no more than one meter apart. b. Ensure the headphones are turned off. c. Press and hold the MFB for 3 seconds till the indicator light flashes red and blue alternately. d. Activate your mobile phone's Bluetooth function referring to your phone's user guide. e. Set the phone to search for Bluetooth devices, and select LINQ-500' from the list of devices shown. f. Enter the passcode D000, and press 'ok' to pair the headphones with your phone. After being paired, the headphones will be in the standby mode. g. Now you can use the headphones to dial and answer phone calls. 2. Connect two Bluetooth mobile phones at the same time. a. After paired to the first mobile phone, please turn off the Bluetooth function of the first mobile phone, then pair to the second Bluetooth mobile phone. b. Turn off the Bluetooth headphones and turn on the Bluetooth function of the first mobile phone. Then turn on the Bluetooth headphones, it will contact two mobile phones automatically. c. During a call, short press the MFB button, hang up the current call, then contact the incoming call. d. Double click on the MFB to answer another incoming call while you are on one phone call, and switch between the two incoming calls. e. Short press on the MFB to cut off the incoming calls one by one. Note: While two mobile phones are contacting one Bluetooth headphones, some functions of the Bluetooth headphones will be restricted. 8

Answering a call When a call comes, press the MFB once to answer it. Rejecting a call Press and hold the MFB for 2 seconds to reject a call. Ending a call While speaking, press the MFB once to end the call. Voice dialing Press and shortly hold the button +"or -" and say the voice tag according to the phone tips. (To use this feature your phone must be equipped with a voice dialing function). Last number redialing In the standby status, double press the MFB on your headphones. Play/pause Short press the button. Last track Short press the button. Next track Short press the button. 9

Volume up Continuously press the +" button, the volume will go up. Every single press of the +" button, the volume will go up a scale, when a beep is heard from the headphones, the volume reaches the maximum and will not go up any more. Volume down Continuously press the " button, the volume will go down. Every single press of the -" button, the volume will go down a scale, when a beep is heard from the headphones, the volume reaches the minimum and will not go down any more. Delete the pairing status While the headphones are charging, press and hold the MFB for 4 seconds at the same time to delete the pairing status. Call transfer Press MFB for 2 seconds to transfer the call from your headphones to your mobile phone (To use this feature your mobile phone must support a call transfer function), Press and hold the MFB for 2 seconds to transfer the call from mobile to headphones. Online standby After starting the headphones, they will connect the last connected mobile device automatically, they will then get into online standby status if it is with successful connection; or else it will turn off automatically after 5 minutes. NFC function The NFC function provides you with an easy, safe and quick connection mode. 10

Voice Prompt a. When the headphones are on, there will be the automatic voice prompt: Power On b. When the headphones are off, there will be the automatic voice prompt: Power Off c. When being connected successfully, there will be voice telling you: Your Headphones Are Connected d. When being disconnected, there will be voice telling you: Your Headphones Are Disconnected e. When the battery is low, there will be voice telling you: Battery Low Voice Caller Identification When a call comes in, the headphones will announce the caller's phone number. 11

Troubleshooting: Resolving Issues: If you are unable to connect your headphones to mobile phone, please try the followings: Ensure your headphones are on and are properly charged Ensure the headphones are paired with the mobile phone. Ensure your mobile phone's Bluetooth function is on. Please refer to your mobile phone user guide for specific instruction. Ensure the headphones are within 10 meters range of your mobile phone, and there are no obstructions, such as walls or other electronic devices in between them. If the above steps don't solve the problem, please recharge the headphones or turn off mobile phone then turn on to try it again. Safety regulations: Check local laws regarding the use of mobile phones and headphones while driving. Ensure your attention and focus on the road and you drive in a responsible and safe manner if you are using the headphones while driving. Never allow children to play with the headphones as small parts may cause choking hazard. Observe all signs that require an electrical device or RF radio product to be switched off in designated areas. These areas include but are not restricted to hospitals, blasting areas, and potential explosive environments. Turn off your headphones prior to boarding an aircraft. Do not use your headphones in an aircraft. Never mount or store your headphones over any air bag development area as serious injury may be caused when air bag deploys. Don't open or mutilate the inside battery. Attention: Dispose the batteries based on local regulations. Don't dispose it as household waste. 12

Care and maintenance headphones Turn off the headphones before placing it in your pocket or bag in case any unintended call dialed by accidental MFB activation. Don't expose the headphones to liquid, moisture or humidity circumstances as it is not waterproof. Don't clear the headphones with abrasive cleaning solvents. Don't dispose the headphones in extreme temperature conditions. The best store temperature range is from -10to +60, otherwise the life span of the headphones will be influenced. Don't expose the headphones in fire as it will cause explosion. Don't let the headphones touch any sharp objects to avoid any scratch or damage. Don't attempt to insert object in the headphones as it will cause damage of inside components. Don't attempt to disassemble the headphones as it does not contain serviceable components. If you do not use the headphones for a long period, make sure put it in a dry place; or recharge it after being placed more than one month to make the battery and headphones workable. Keep it away from extreme temperature and dusty circumstances. 13
