Applying a Theme Used in Another Presentation On the ribbon, click the DESIGN tab In the Themes group, click the More button, and then click Browse for Themes Navigate to the location of the presentation containing the theme you want to apply, and then click the Apply button 5

Modifying Video Playback Options Video Option Volume Start Play Full Screen Hide While Not Playing Loop until Stopped Rewind after Playing Function Change the volume of the video from high to medium or low or mute it. Change how the video starts, either when the presenter clicks it or the Play button on the play bar or automatically when the slide appears during the slide show. The video fills the screen during the slide show. The video does not appear on the slide when it is not playing; make sure the video is set to play automatically if this option is selected. The video plays until the next slide appears during the slide show. The video rewinds after it plays so that the first frame or the poster frame appears again. 27

Trimming Videos, Part 1 If a video is too long, or if there are parts you don t want to show during the slide show, you can trim it To do this, click the Trim Video button in the Editing group on the VIDEO TOOLS PLAYBACK tab, and then, in the Trim Video dialog box, drag the green start slider or the red stop slider to a new position to mark where the video will start and stop 31
