Software Installation In your inbox, you will have received an email from us (it may show up in your junk mail). (Figure 1) This email contains both your Activation Code and your Username that you will need to download your software. This is a single computer software, so be sure you are downloading onto the computer it will be used with. Figure 1 The software can be used on the Windows Operating Systems for Vista, 7, 8 & 8.1. The next steps will guide you through the installation process! 1. Go to http://www.saicloud.com 2. The webpage will now ask you for your activation code. You may just copy and paste right from the email. (Figure 2) Figure 2 Select Activate to continue Page 2 of 9
Once the activation code has been provided, it will start the process of creating an account. 3. Where it says Create A Free SAI Cloud Account, select I am new to the SAi Cloud. Provide your email where it asks for one. (Figure 3) Important: The email address you select for this Sai Cloud account will be the owner of the software. It will be used for all Sai software services. It is recommended you use a permanent business email address. Figure 3 4. Check your email. It will go to the address that you provided as your SAi Cloud account email. (Figure 4) Figure 4 5. A link will be provided in your mail. Copy and Paste this link in your browser. 6. When the link loads, it will take you to a site for you to create your account. (Figure 6) Any field with an asterisk (*) beside it must be filled out. Again, this information will be for the owner of the account. When you are finished filling out the form, select Create Account to continue. 7. Terms and Conditions will appear. Read carefully and select I accept the terms and conditions to continue. (Figure 7) Figure 6 Figure 7 8. After accepting the Terms and Conditions, your account will be ready to be activated. 9. Getting Started will appear next. Follow Step 1 and select Download Now. (Figure 9) 10. A pop up will ask you to Run, Save, or Cancel. Press the arrow beside the Save option and select Save As. (Figure 10) Figure 9 Figure 10 11. Once in Save As, be sure that your file is being saved to Downloads. Press Save to begin the process. (Figure 11) 12. Press Run when prompted. (Figure 18) Figure 18 13. User Account Control will pop up asking you if you want to allow the program to make changes to this computer select Yes to continue. (Figure 19) Figure 19 14. When Choose Setup Language appears, leave it set to English press OK to continue. (Figure 20) Figure 20 InstallShield Wizard will appear next. 15. InstallShield Wizard will guide you through the next process. Select Next to continue. (Figure 22) Figure 22 16. Read the License Agreement and select I accept the terms of the license agreement and Next to continue. (Figure 23) Figure 23 17. Choose Destination Location will appear you do not have to change the location. Select Next to continue. (Figure 24) Figure 24 18. When Select Features appears, all 3 options must be highlighted. You may have to select the option for SafeNet Sentinel System Driver 7.6.4. Select Next to continue. (Figure 25) Figure 25 19.Select Program Folder it will already create a folder name. Tint Tek 20/20 Cloud will now start the setup. The bar will show the status of the setup. (Figure 27) 20. Three quarters through the setup, there will be a popup prompting you to remove a USB dongle. You do not need to remove anything. Select OK to continue. (Figure 28) Figure 27 Figure 28 21. Once the setup is complete, you will be prompted to provide your activation code again. Enter your code and select Next to continue. (Figure 29) Figure 29 Communicating - the license is connecting with the SAi Cloud. (Figure 30) Figure 30 22. Licensing Successful the software download is now complete. Select Finish. (Figure 31) Figure 31 23. InstallShield Wizard will also have a pop up when it is complete. On your desktop, you will have 2 new icons: Tint Tek 2020 Cloud (Figure 33) and Figure 33 Production Manager (Figure 34) Figure 34 24. Open Tint Tek 20/20 Cloud. It will ask you for your Username that was provided to you in the first email (vtt****). Your software will now be active and ready to use! (Figure 35) Figure 35 Page 9 of 9
