Product Overview The Cisco MCS 7828-I5 Unified Communications Manager Business Edition 5000 is an integral part of a complete, scalable architecture for a new generation of high-quality unified communications solutions that operate on enterprise data networks. A solution that is easy to deploy and highly cost-effective, this powerful platform delivers the high performance and availability that today's enterprise networks demand. The server appliance is preinstalled with an operating system and Cisco Unified Communications Manager Business Edition software. Cisco Unified Communications Manager Business Edition is fully operational upon startup, requiring entry of just a few configuration variables such as IP address and domain. Features and Benefits Ease of Installation The Cisco MCS 7828-I5 Unified Communications Manager Business Edition 5000 Appliance is a high-availability appliance platform used for Cisco Unified Communications Solutions. An integral part of a complete, scalable architecture for a new generation of high-quality IP voice solutions that run on enterprise data networks, the Cisco MCS 7828-I5 is an easily deployed, cost-effective solution. At only 1 rack unit (1RU) high, it offers tremendous power in a low-profile chassis that minimizes rack space while providing drive redundancy for higher availability.
