You may also Sign in or Sign out by clicking the link in the upper right corner. The following instructions are also provided on the sign in screen. ---Please sign in with your username and password. ---Your Username is your First Initial and Last Name, i.e. John Smith: jsmith ---Your Password is IA and the last four digits of you Social Security #, i.e. IA1234 ---If there happens to be 2 employees with the same first initial and last name you may need to include a 1 or 2 at the end of your user name. i.e. jsmith2 If you have questions regarding your username and password please email Jeanette Mulcahy jmulcahy@viafield.com or Anne Benning abenning@viafield.com
Viewing Items: ---You can view the items in the store at any time by choosing from one of the *Categories on the upper left side of the screen. Click the **photo on an item to view the item s Description, Colors, and Sizes.
You can click the Magnifying Glass on the lower right of the detailed photo for a larger photo. ---Many of the items in the store also have a link that says View Size Chart which will open sizing information in a new tab. ---If you wish to add the item to your cart please click the Order tab on the lower left of the screen. Store Credit: ---Once you have signed in you will see your available ***Credit in the upper right corner. The credit amount shown will not reflect the items in your cart and will not change until after your order has been placed. ---Any purchases exceeding the allocated store credit will require a form of personal payment. Personal Payments: ---In addition to store credit you may choose to pay for items using credit card and debit card. See the Payment Information instructions below for more information. Adding Items to your Cart: ---After you have viewed an item, and clicked Order, you will be required to choose the Quantity, Color, and Size. ---For any questions, notes or special considerations please use the Notes section. When you have completed all of the required fields click Add to Cart in the lower left
Cart Summary: ---After you have clicked the Add to Cart tab you will be brought to the Cart Summary screen. ---Please verify that the items in your cart are only items you have added. Shared computers may keep any previous unfinished order's cart information. ---You can choose to Modify or Remove an item by clicking the corresponding tab in an item s box. ---At the bottom of the Cart Summary screen you can either click Check Out to complete the order or click Continue Shopping to view/add more items. ---You can also get to the Cart Summary by clicking View Cart in the upper right side of the screen.
Check Out (Step 1): ---After you have added items to your cart and verified that the items and details are correct, click Check Out. This will bring you to the Check Out Screen. ---Please enter your Phone Number and Email Address. This information will only be used should a question arise about your order. Note: You will not be able to receive an email confirmation if you do not provide your email here. ---The shipping information should auto-populate with your company s location for delivery. Please do not change this information as it may delay the delivery of your order. ---For any special considerations please use the Shipping Notes section. ---Click the Continue tab to go to the Check Out (Step 2): screen.
Check Out (Step 2): ---After you have clicked the Continue tab you will be brought to Step 2 of the checkout process. ---Please verify your contact information and shipping information are correct. ---Scroll down to verify your Total. ---Scroll down further to view your Payment Information. Please Note: Your security is important to us. This Webstore is Norton Secure. All of your information will be sent over a secure connection.
Check Out (Step 2-Payment Information): ---Your available *Account Credit will show in the upper right corner of the screen and on the Account Credit line. The Account Credit box will be **Checked by default. Once your Account Credit has been completely used up these fields and options will no longer appear when you sign in. ---You will be prompted for another form of payment if your order exceeds your Account Credit. ---To choose a method in place of Account Credit please uncheck the Account Credit box and clear the box next to it. Then select one of the Payment Methods below. Acceptable forms of Payment are Credit or Debit Cards i.e. Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover. ---Please fill in the fields for your Credit Card #, Credit Card Expiration Date, Card Security Code, and Name on Credit Card. This Webstore is Norton Secured and all personal information will be sent over a secure connection. ---To receive cart delivery information please ***Check the Email Confirmation box. If you have not included your email address it will prompt you to return to the previous screen to include one. ---Click Submit Cart to complete your order or Click Back to make any changes/additions to your order.
Confirmation: ---A confirmation screen should load with a message saying Your information has been successfully sent to us! and you will receive a Cart Tracking Number for your records ---If you click the Store Home tab you will return to the store home page. After returning to the Home Page your account credit should now have adjusted to reflect your completed purchase. If you have used all of your account credit this field will disappear. ---If you are finished, please click the Sign Out tab on the upper right side to prevent anyone from ordering on your account.
My Account: ---If you click on the My Account tab on the upper right side you can view your Account Profile information. You can also see your Cart History on the right side of your screen. This can be a useful tool for viewing the day you placed your order and the total price of your order. Click on a Cart number in the Cart History on the upper right side to view previous order details. All orders from this webstore will be collected and ordered together twice monthly. The cutoff times for these orders to be placed are the 5 th and the 20 th of each month. A couple examples of this are as follows: An order placed on Sept 1 st will be collected with all other orders placed between August 21 st and September 5 th. An order placed on September 6 th will be collected with all orders placed between September 6 th and September 20 th. Estimated delivery of your order will be 2-3 weeks after the corresponding cutoff date. Please keep these cutoff dates in mind when planning an order to reduce your wait time on receiving it.
Cart History: ---Once you have clicked on the cart number you can view the item(s) purchased and/or the information you provided on your order. You can also see how much of your account credit was used, what other form of payment was used (if applicable), as well as the Time/Date the cart was submitted for ordering. This is a good place to verify that an order has been placed. ---When you are finished, please click the Sign Out tab on the upper right side to prevent anyone from ordering on your account.
