1. Introduction This Job Aid is for entering registered visitors into SV3 using the new user experience implemented in February of 2018. As a reminder, below outlines where to schedule visitors and deliveries. 1. SV3 Visitor a. Visitors b. Employees without Badges c. Event/Catering Staff without Deliveries 2. SV3 Vehicle a. Vehicle Deliveries b. Walk-In Deliveries c. Event/Catering Staff without Deliveries 3. Permit to Work Form (Submitted to PMO) a. Contractors Schedule to Do Work 2. Accessing the SV3 Portal 1. Go to https://hy-visitor.sv3.us/ and log in using your SV3 credentials. **If you do not have an SV3 Visitor account, please contact your advocate.

3. Schedule Visitor 4. Once you have logged into the SV3 portal, click on the Schedule Visitor button on the left side of the page. You will be guided through four sections to add all details of your event before confirming all information. a. If you are looking to schedule a delivery, you can click the Schedule Vendor to access SV3 Vehicle

5. Event Details a. Enter the following required information: i. Visit Summary (previously known as Event Summary): Easily identifiable meeting name or event name ii. Location: Dropdown of your accessible floors iii. Start Date & Time iv. Duration b. Repeats May repeat Weekly or Monthly i. Next > button (in blue)

6. Add Visitors b. Multiple Visitors a. Single Visitors a. Add a Single Visitor i. Start typing the Visitor Name. You will notice that if you have registered your visitor before, you will see that name populate in the Add Existing Visitors section. ii. If you do not see the Visitor Name, add a new visitor by adding all required fields: 1. Visitor Types: Choose the best fit for your visitor a. Front Of House i. Visitor ii. Employee b. Back Of House i. Event/Catering Staff ii. Media 2. Company: Visitor Company 3. Email: Visitor email, they will receive a welcome email with a QR code to scan at the front desk.

4. Mobile Phone: This is not required but will enable the visitor to receive a text message of the QR code iii. Choose Create New Visitor within the Add Existing Visitors section and confirm your visitor information. The visitor will be added within the Added Visitor section on the right. iv. Once all visitors have been added, choose the Next > button. b. Add Multiple Visitors i. Generate Visitor List Template ii. Complete all required fields (directions on included within template) iii. Save to your computer iv. Upload a Visitor List (Choose File) 1. You will see all visitors added to the Added Visitor section if you have completed all required fields. If all required fields have not been added, it will not add the visitor. v. Once all visitors have been added, choose the Next > button. **You may also add multiple visitors and then add single visitors if something is forgotten. 7. Add Organizers

a. If you are logged in under your name, you will automatically be added as an organizer. i. Add any additional organizers that are within your Contacts (these must be pre-added). ii. There must be 1 organizer for the event iii. Next > button (in blue) 8. Confirm a. Confirm all details: i. Schedule Details ii. Organizers iii. Registered Visitors b. If changes need to be made, you may click on the individual tabs at the top and make changes. c. Submit the New Event

9. Event Overview a. You will see a full summary of the event and be able to do the following at any point: i. Cancel ii. Edit iii. Print iv. Download Guest List
