If you want to code PHP 7 or want to get PHP 7 to work with your existing MySQL databases get another book. If you want instructions on to use open source programs to make programs that run on PHP 7.0 your in luck. best part is all the programs are set up on your local computer so any newbie still will not be able to use a remote server for their programs or even hints on how to set it up or even were to go for help.
