8.2.4 Example CSV file output (1) Excel (2) Text CAUTION The date and time for information output to the CSV file refers to the date and time of the computer running this product. The CSV file, which is updated in approximately 1 minute intervals (depending on the wireless communication status), is not updated whenever there is a change in the signal tower information. 8.2.5 About creating and dividing CSV files Timing on creating file Timing on dividing file Use [Start data collection] button to start data collection There is a change in the WDT signal tower status information The condition for dividing the file is satisfied and there is a change in the WDT signal tower status information For information on file names when creating and dividing files, refer to 8.2.2. CAUTION When there is no change in the signal tower status, even though the condition for dividing the file is satisfied a new CSV file will not be created. When the condition for dividing the file is satisfied and a new file is created, the prior signal tower information (date/time, signal tower status) is recorded at the beginning of the file. While collecting data, do not open or delete the CSV file. Either make a copy of the file and use that, or wait until data collection is complete. 97

Number Issue Checklist 01 Unable to install. 02 The application does not start. When running installation, log into your computer with a user that has administrator rights. If you specify a folder without access privileges, the application will not start up. Check the security settings and firewall settings of the computer where the application is installed. After uninstalling, install again and then check. The language file may be damaged. Close this product and try restarting. If the error continues, re-install this product. Font may not be installed. Install the font as described below. Display language Font Japanese MS UI Gothic 03 In the [Language settings], even though the display language is changed, continues to display in English. English Simplified Chinese Arial SimSun Traditional Chinese MingLiU Korean BatangChe Thai Tahoma Indonesian Arial Spanish Arial 04 WDR is not recognized. Check that the cable is connected properly, and that power is being supplied. On the computer where you are connecting the WDR, check the security settings and firewall settings. 05 06 07 The setting on the WDR IP address setting screen displays as "undefined", and the settings are not reflected. In the WDR settings, cannot get and cannot set the WDR information. When data collection is activated, the license authentication screen displays and data collection will not start. Depending on the Internet Explorer version, the screen may not display properly. Enable the Internet Explorer compatibility display and try changing the settings. Check that the cable is connected properly, and that power is being supplied. On the computer where you are connecting the WDR, check the security settings and firewall settings. Data collection is a feature available only on the paid version. Please purchase a separate license key. 100

Number Issue Checklist 08 09 10 On the [WDT/WDR settings] screen's [WDT list], there are no WDT. In the WDT settings, cannot get and cannot set the WDT information. CSV data is not generated and data collection is not possible. Click the [Refresh WDT list] button and check again after the WDT list is updated. Check if the WDT is connected properly. Check that the WDT is connected properly, and that power is being supplied to the WDT. Check if the WDR and WDT are connected properly. Check if the WDR from which you want to collect data is selected. Check if the CSV file destination folder is deleted or folder name has changed. 11 WDT information is not recorded in CSV data. Check if the WDR and WDT are connected properly. Check if the WDT power is on. Check whether or not the WDT indicator light is red. 12 13 14 When reading CSV data with other software the characters are garbled. You can select only blue for the counter settings. In the [Collecting data - WDT settings] screen, on the right-edge of the [WDT information], the yellow [c] button for each WD does not display. The CSV data is saved in Unicode (UTF-8) format. Read the CSV data with UTF-8 encoding. When DIP switch No.2 on WDT-5LR-Z2/WDT-6LR-Z2 is ON, the setting is fixed to the color blue. To use a color other than blue, set all the DIP switches OFF. If WDT-5LR-Z2/WDT-6LR-Z2 version is earlier than 3.06, the simple counter function is not supported. In the [Counter Settings], when the [Do not use] option is selected the [c] button does not display. The yellow [c] buttons do not display for items that do not support counter settings. 15 The counter value does not output to CSV. There is no CSV output if in the CSV file settings, the CSV file format's counter value is not set up. After you click [Exit], subsequent counts are not collected. The CSV file, which is updated in approximately 1 minute intervals (depending on the wireless communication status), is not updated whenever there is a change in the signal tower information. 16 17 18 19 Output CSV file does not match CSV file format. When [Start data collection] is triggered, the counter value of 0 is output to the CSV file. Value of WDT monitoring information is 0, however a different counter value is output. The CSV file's signal tower information is fixed as 0. Editing the CSV file format settings after outputting the CSV file will cause a rift with the output CSV file contents. When [Start data collection] is triggered, the counter value is reset to 0. It is shown the next time the counter value is updated. If the WDT-5LR-Z2/WDT-6LR-Z2 is ON, there is a possibility the radio waves were not received properly. Check the radio wave environment. If the WDT-5LR-Z2/WDT-6LR-Z2 is OFF, until the main unit powers up, as information from the previous session is retained a different counter value may be output. The signal tower information defined in the counter settings is treated as if the light is off and buzzer is off. For information, refer to 8.1(1)5 in the "LR5/LR6 Transmitter Instruction Manual." 101
