General Questions What is Raytheon Identity Proofing service? The RAYTHEON Identity Proofing service requires you to register, complete Raytheon Export Control Awareness Training, schedule and successfully complete an in-person identity proofing appointment with an Exostar designated notary. How do I complete Raytheon Export Control Awareness Training? 1. If you have existing access to the Raytheon Supplier Portal, log into your account via Exostar MAG using your 2FA token or equivalent. Click to open the Raytheon Supplier Portal listed under My Applications. On the Raytheon Supplier Portal, click Export Control Training under the FAQ/Training section on the left. OR 2. Email Raytheon at askraytheon@raytheon.com to request a PDF copy of the Export Control Awareness Training (CEI003WB). Be sure to state in your subject line: PDF copy of the Export Control Awareness Training for Exostar. Note: Upon receipt of the PDF copy, read and review the slides. There is not an on-line module for non-raytheon employees to access. Once complete, log into your Exostar MAG profile go to the My Account tab Edit Profile to record the date of completion. You DO NOT need to sign the Acknowledgement and Signature page included at the end of the training slides. Can I complete my training and then schedule proofing? Yes you may complete training and then schedule proofing or vice versa. There is no particular order in which these 2 steps have to be completed. What if I submitted an incorrect date for training and would like to change it? On My Account page if users proofing status is Active they will no longer be able to make any edits to the training date. Why do I need to use Raytheon Identity Proofing Service? Users must complete this process to gain access to Raytheon ERFX application. How do I know if I need to purchase the Identity Proofing service? You only need to purchase a license if one was not provided to you by your company. You can skip this step if you can verify that a license key was purchased for you. 3

What is a Raytheon Identity Proofing License Key? If you have been instructed to purchase a license, Exostar issues the Identity Proofing license key when you have made full payment for the purchase of your identity proofing service. This key represents the proof of your purchase and is a unique identifier that you will need to complete the registration to schedule your proofing appointment. This license key is sent to you via email once Exostar has received full payment for your order. What is a License Activation? Each license key is associated with the number of purchased proofing appointments. It is a subset of available proofing appointments for the license key. For instance, if you purchased 10 proofing appointments for US in a single purchase, you will receive one (1) License key with 10 'activations', meaning the same license key can be used 10 times to register and schedule the proofing appointment. Note that if you purchase a single proofing appointment, then your license key will have only one (1) activation. Who do I contact if I am unable to complete my proofing appointment registration using my license key? If you get an error message while registering to schedule your appointment: o Make sure that your license key has not expired. The license key is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase (not the date of payment). If your license key has expired, you will need to purchase a new proofing appointment. o Make sure that you are typing or copying the license key correctly. Try copying the license key to Notepad before pasting in the registration form to ensure that your browser is not adding any special characters. Make sure that you remove any leading or trailing spaces when you paste or type the license key during the registration process. In what order do I complete Training and Proofing? Training and Proofing can be completed in any order you like. There is no strict guideline from Raytheon. Purchase Questions What is the cost of one Identity Proofing? The cost of a proofing event at a US location is $145. You will also be required to have a 2FA token for access to the Raytheon Supplier Portal, with an annual cost of $34.00 where events are kept. 4

How do I pay for the license key? The accepted form of payment is by credit card, check, wire transfer, or purchase order. All requests for license keys must first be submitted via webstore to fulfill orders. Regardless of the payment method, your purchase is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase (not the date of payment). o Credit card payment: Payments by credit card are immediately processed and you will receive your license key immediately via the email address that is provided to Exostar. o Invoice: An invoice request will be sent electronically to the email address provided during the purchase. All payments received in the following methods must reference the invoice number provided after your webstore submission. IMPORTANT: Payments towards invoices must be made in full before a license key is issued. Mail Check Payments to: Exostar LLC PO Box 301003 Los Angeles, CA 90030-1003 For overnight payments (Only Fedex, UPS, etc.): Exostar LLC ATTN BOX #301003 2277 E. 220 TH Street Carson, CA 90810-1639 Purchase Order (PO): The recommended process to purchase multiple license keys in advance is via purchase order. If you are absent for your proofing appointment, do not bring the required documents or bring incomplete/mismatch documents, you will be required to purchase a new proofing appointment. No refunds will be granted for missed appointments or incomplete documentation. My license key is not working. What do I do now? You will get error messages while activating your license key for any one of the following reasons: Your purchase has expired - Your purchase is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase (not from the date of payment) Your license key has zero (0) registrations left - If you received a license key from your company, then it is possible that there are no registrations available on the license key. Contact the sender for a new license key. Each license key is specific to the country for which it was purchased. If you use a license key that was issued for a different country than the one that Exostar has in its system for you, then you will receive an error. 6

If you purchase multiple proofing appointments in a single transaction for a single country, then you will receive one license key that is valid for the number of proofings purchased. For example, if you purchased 25 proofings, then one license key can be used 25 times to register to schedule for a proofing appointment. I could not complete my proofing appointment. How do I restart the process? If you have been unable to complete your proofing appointment, then you will need to contact your company and notify that the proofing was not completed. DO NOT complete your purchase of the proofing or schedule a proofing appointment without correcting this information. If your information does not match the information given by RAYTHEON to Exostar, notaries will reject your proofing documents. You will be required to complete a purchase again before scheduling a new proofing appointment. IMPORTANT: Please review the list of acceptable documents before registering for a proofing appointment on myexostar.com. Will I receive notification when I need to get reproofed? Your RAYTHEON contact will be able to provide you this information. Exostar does not have any information on the RAYTHEON re-proofing requirements. I am unable to make it to my proofing appointment. How can I reschedule my appointment? To reschedule your proofing you must contact your assigned notary 24 hours prior to the appointment. If you do not have the contact information of the notary or are unable to reach your notary, you may contact Exostar Customer Support for additional support. I have acquired a new name and that does not match the name on my identity proofing document. What can I bring to verify my name change? In addition to providing a document from the list of acceptable documents, you must bring evidence of the legal name change. This can be a marriage license or another legal name change document that must be accompanied with an unexpired photo id issued by a state or federal agency that also displays the new name. See below examples: Failed Proofings Example Proofing Submission displays: John Doe Legal Name Change document displays: William Doe Unexpired Driver s License: John Doe Successful Proofings Example 1: Proofing Submission displays: John Doe Legal Name Change document displays: William Doe Unexpired Driver s License: William Doe Example 2: Proofing Submission displays: Jane Doe Marriage License displays: Jane Smith Unexpired Driver s License: Jane Smith Can my proofing be expedited? Exostar does not offer expedited proofing. There are no exceptions. Can I get a copy of my proofing package? A signed copy of the proofing package can be provided to you at the time of the appointment if a copier is available at the appointment location. 11

My registration email is missing my middle name and/or suffix. Will this cause an issue during proofing? 1. If the registration email, RAYTHEON Computer System Access does not display a middle name but one reflects in the legal documents and/or employment verification letter; this will not result in a failed proofing. 2. IMPORTANT: Accompanying identification such as federal or state issued Photo IDs only require first and last name to match. Please review the list of acceptable documents. If there is an issue with my employment verification letter will I fail my proofing? If there is an issue with employment verification letter at the time of proofing, you will be notified of the error in one of the following ways: 1. The notary will notify you of the errors at the time of the appointment and will provide the direct fax line number to send a corrected version of the employment verification letter. 2. Exostar will log a case and send communication to you with details on errors that require correction and the direct fax line number to send a corrected version of the employment verification letter. IMPORTANT: The updated employment verification letter must be faxed to (866) 550-3059 within 5 business days of the proofing appointment to avoid a failed proofing event. What information in my employment letter would be considered a failure? If a suffix in your name (e.g., John Doe Jr.) and is not included in the employment letter. Showing a suffix is required if one displays on your identity documents. 1. The location of incorporation is listed incorrectly. The letter must state that the company you are employed by is incorporated in State/Province and Country. If the company is located in the US, providing the city and state of incorporation is acceptable. The following examples are acceptable: Washington, DC; Washington, DC, USA; San Diego, California. 2. The company name is incorrect. If the company name listed on the invitation is ABC Designs LLC but, at the time of proofing, the provided employment letter says Ratsoxe Inc., the company name is a mismatch. This would be considered a failure. 12

Does my identity proofing request expire? Rule 1: Proofing request has been waiting for key registration for 45 days. Rule 2: Proofing request is registered for proofing but no action has been taken to complete for 45 days. This could occur in the following: 1. Notary has attempted to contact user for a proofing appointment using the email and phone number submitted on their behalf by their RAYTHEON contact and no response has been received to set appointment 2. Notary has made contact to schedule proofing and user did not set appointment date 3. Original appointment was cancelled and user has not provided a new date to reschedule ***Note: A new license key must be purchased if a user identifies that the registered proofing is still needed*** My registration email and/or employment verification letter does not match my legal identity documents. Will this cause an issue during proofing? The registration email titled Raytheon System Access: Identity Proofing Steps via Exostar and company issued employment verification letter must closely match what is displayed upon the RAYTHEON approved required legal documents. Some name discrepancies are acceptable when comparing to a proofing participant s RAYTHEON approved identity document. When the names on employment verification letters and registration emails differ from the RAYTHEON approved ID, the less-but-not-more test is applied. Under this test, the name required on either document may be less, but not more, than the name appearing on the RAYTHEON approved ID. In addition, the names may not be substantially different. If for example, the RAYTHEON approved ID name reads John David Hunt, Exostar will accept discrepancies on registration emails or employment verification letters using certain abbreviations, such as John D. Hunt, J.D. Hunt, and John Hunt. However, if the RAYTHEON approved ID name reads merely John D. Hunt, Exostar will not accept the signature, registration email, or employment verification letter with John David Hunt, since D could stand for a multiple of other names. The following are examples of acceptable and unacceptable name differences: ACCEPTABLE Pass Example 1 Acceptable ID: Kevin James White Registration Email/Employment Verification Letter/Signature: Kevin J.
