If the VoIP max count is 20 and 20 are registered, the 21 th user will receive a yellow icon indicating it cannot register. Other clients exiting the WE VoIP application, or turning off their phones will release licenses. WE VOIP CLIENT TECHNICAL SUPPORT POLICY Samsung Telecommunications America will provide technical support to authorized dealers based on the following: Scope of Support 1. Incident must be a post sales issue. 2. Configuration of the WE VoIP Client on any OfficeServ 7000 System with version 4.65 or higher. 3. Installation and setup of the WE Voip Client Version 3503 or higher on a supported device. 4. Technician must be able to reference the supporting documents listed above. Expectations 1. A valid SIP stack license with WE VoIP users is already installed. 2. Technician must have an appreciation for SIP 3. Technician must have the ability to perform a Wireshark trace 4. The OfficeServ system is already installed and working. This means the SIP/PRI trunks, digital/ip phones and Voice mail are already running 5. Identify the cause of the issue to be either Samsung Related or non Samsung related. When the issue is Samsung related engage Samsung Technical support. Network support Samsung Technical Support cannot reasonable test every device model on every carrier. Voice quality over mobile data networks varies depending on the quality of your mobile data network connection and cannot be guaranteed. If you have multiple Internet calling applications running on your Android device, they can conflict with each other and cause unpredictable behavior. If your corporate Wi Fi network uses layer 2 roaming, and a user is on a call and roaming between access points, the person on the other end may not be able to hear your audio for a few seconds.
