Support personnel of the team are security specialists licensed in multiple state jurisdictions where these disasters typically occur.

MOBILE CATASTROPHIC SECURITY RESPONSE SERVICES Mobile Catastrophic Security Response Team (MCSRT) Professional Protection Incorporated s Mobile Catastrophic Security Response Team (MCSRT) is comprised of a group of highly trained officers who have been specially trained in the use of special weapons (non-lethal/lethal), crowd and traffic management, and tactics for the purpose of handling high-risk situations involving catastrophic natural or man-made disasters. Support personnel of the team are security specialists licensed in multiple state jurisdictions where these disasters typically occur. Our Mobile Catastrophic Security Response Team consists of experienced security specialists (close protection, site protection, K9 protection, emergency medical, and recovery personnel) who are proficient in identifying and preventing threat exposure. Personnel Training and Qualification PPI security practitioners are well versed in the latest security practices and technologies receiving training based on methodologies derived from the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), Executive Security International (ESI), International Association of Assembly Managers, Inc. (IAAM), International Foundation for Protection Officers (IFPO), the Department of Defense Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection and Law Enforcement doctrine, the United States Diplomatic Security Training Center doctrine, the United States Secret Service doctrine, The National Training School (National Burglar & Fire Alarm Association), International Ship & Port Facility Security Code (ISPS Code), Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA); the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Division of Licensing, the Louisiana State Board of Private Security Examiners, the North Carolina Private Protective Services Board, the Texas Commission on Private Security, and the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services regulatory and training doctrines. MOBILE CATASTROPHIC SECURITY RESPONSE VEHICLE FEATURES Mobile Catastrophic Security Response Vehicle (MCSRV) Professional Protection Incorporated s Mobile Catastrophic Security Response Vehicle (MCSRV) is a state-of-the-art 40 x 102 customized communications and surveillance command post that provides logistical and tactical support for its Mobile Catastrophic Security Response Teams during real-time field operations. Through groundbreaking state-of-the-art digital satellite platforms (Geographical Informational Systems [GIS], Global Positioning Systems [GPS], radio, telephone, security cameras, television, and internet) PPI establishes and maintains critical communications, regardless of the collapse of critical infrastructures that are provided by these local industry service providers during any catastrophic event. Vehicle Support Systems Front and Rear Emergency Strobes, Curb Side Operations Entry Beacon, Dual Curb /Road Side Area Lighting, Dual Curb /Road Side Halogen Area Flood Lamps, Curb /Road Side Roll Down Awnings, and Hydraulic Vehicle Stabilizers. Vehicle Power System The MCSRV is powered by a 12000HP Diesel Generator and two deep cell batteries; with an onboard 35-gallon capacity diesel fuel tank. This system configuration allows the vehicle to operate on 24- hour 7-days a week continuous schedule, before refueling. Satellite Based Communications Our satellite-based communications consist of Geographical Informational Systems (GIS), Global Positioning Systems (GPS), radio, telephone, security cameras, and internet services. GIS on demand combines readyto-use two-dimensional map services and three-dimensional globe services with local data to support GIS work needs. These services provide real-time information necessary to navigate the catastrophe area without placing our clients or our employees and critical assets in harm s way. GPS is real-time and accurate positioning. The GIS and GPS applications are combined to provide new levels of mapping visualization and directional/route analysis. We deploy mobile radio, telephone and internet networks to support international operational requirements. Mobile Catastrophic Security Response Vehicle

MOBILE CATASTROPHIC SECURITY RESPONSE VEHICLE FEATURES Satellite Based Television DIRECTV Satellite Television provides real-time local, national, and international media coverage and updates of catastrophe events. One front-mounted 37-inch Flat Panel Plasma TV and one 50-inch Flat Panel Plasma TV support independent satellite and computer-based applications. Climate Control Systems Triple independent Climate Control systems (air conditioning units operating at - 10 C > +50 C) with two self-reliant Carbon Monoxide Detectors, and three onboard fire extinguisher units. Operational Support Capabilities Five individual work stations with overhead lighting and four Atomic Time Zone clocks (Pacific, Mountain, Central and Eastern), overhead cabinet storage space, rear mechanical closet w/storage chest, front cabin storage closet, front equipment/ mechanical storage room; and independently controlled florescent ceiling/track lighting.
