The final jury shall be conducted as End semester practical exam. The internal evaluation consists of the following Stages: 1. Synopsis 2. Literature review & Case study submission 3. Roughfinal Report 4. Preliminary Design Review The Internal jury consists of the following jury members: 1. Thesis coordinator 2. Thesis Guide 3. One external member from academicsfield. The final jury consists of the following jury members: 1. Head of the Department 2. Thesis coordinator 3. Thesis Guide 4. Three external members out of these one from academics and one from field is compulsory. NOTE- Student has to present his work in report digital presentation drawings.

Monthly progress reportdiary, duly signed by the Architect, shall be submitted to the department, by the student up to 7 th date of each month positively, online or in hard copy. Internal assessment will be based on joining report and diary submitted by an individual duly signed by an Architect. The student s performance during the training shall be evaluated by a Jury at the end of the semester along with the IX semester examinations. The final jury consists of the following jury members: 1. Head of the Department 2. Training coordinator 3. Three external members out of these one from academics and one from field is compulsory. PERIOD OF TRAINING: The total period of practical training will be having 24 weeks. UNIVERSITY EXAMINATION University examination shall consist of: 1. Study of building 2. Viva-Voce A503- General Proficiency: The student shall prepare a report showing their performance in curricular and extracurricular activities during the course of studies from V semester to VIII semester, in chronological order

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE EXAMINER PAPER SETTER 1. ARCHITECTUAL DESIGN - Any special material to be supplied to the candidates should be written on the envelope containing the question papers. - Topic of the architectural design problem should be written on the envelope containing the question paper. This is to be displayed on the notice board ten days before the examination. - Preliminary submission at the end of the four hours. The preliminary submission should not be returned to the candidates, however the candidates may retain a copy of it. 2. BUILDING CONSTRUCTION three out of four questions to be attempted by the candidates depending upon the length of the paper. 3. THEORY PAPERS Two questions are to be set from each unit, out of which only one question is to be attempted by the candidate. 4. PRACTICALLAB WORK Only external viva voce of work done during the semester shall be conducted by the external jury appointed by the university. 5. MATHEMATICS The question paper shall have eight questions in all organized into two sections (A & B). Section-A will contain four questions from unit-i & section-b will contain four question from unit II. The candidate shall have to attempt five questions in all, selecting at least two questions from each section. 6. PORTFOLIO WORK submission should be submitted within 2 weeks after termination of theory examination. will be evaluated by one internal examiner and one external examiner (external examiner may be related to academic or professional background)
