INSTRUCTION GUIDE TO CREATING YOUR ACCOUNT IN BLUE SOMBRERO
STEP 1: Go to the Juventus Academy Miami website at: www.jacademymiami.com and click on the LOGIN tab as shown in the picture below. (Please note that the Login on the very top menu is for the Juventus FC fan club, and not the login for the Academy Miami account management system).
STEP 2: Once in the Login page, please click on the Create Account button in yellow, as circled in the picture below. NOTE: If you already have a Blue Sombrero account, do not go any further. You will click on the Login Here button to sign in.
STEP 3: A new window will open in your browser and take you to the Blue Sombrero account site. You will need to fill in the information requested which is highlighted by the arrows below. Once you have filled in the information, click the Create Account Button. NOTE: Please make note of your UserID and Password as you will need it throughout the season to login to your account and register, pay and manage tournaments, leagues, etc.
STEP 4: After clicking on the Create Account button, you will be taken to the page pictured below. Please note, as circled in red, the information that is to be filled out is that of the parent or guardian, and not the player.
STEP 5: Once you have finished filling out all the required parent/guardian information that is requested, please click the Continue button circled in the picture below.
STEP 6: After finishing the Parent/Guardian information page and having clicked on Continue, a pop up will appear asking which best describes yourself. Please select the Parent option as indicated below.
STEP 7: After selecting being a Parent/Guardian, you will be taken to a page for information on the player you are registering.
STEP 8: On the bottom half of the players information, please indicate if the address where the child lives is different than the parent or guardian signing them up. Also, as indicated in the picture below, you can add more participants here if you have more than one child that you are enrolling. Once all participants/players information is input, press Continue.

STEP 9: Upon completion of the participants/players information page, you will be taken to the program s available for each player. This is where you will first select the COMP. TRYOUT option in the location you want to practice in (Miami Edison High School, West Date Ruben Dario Park and Big 5 Club or Doral Doral Legacy Park. Please do not select more than one location at this time. You may have to scroll through more than one page to find your option, as there are many other current programs in the system.
STEP 10: After selecting your tryout option, you can click on the + New Participant button to select the program for another participant/player you registered earlier. Once completed, click the Continue button.
STEP 11: You will have the option here to include the name that the participant/player would like to have on the back of their jerseys. Names should not be more than 10 letters in order to fit properly.
STEP 12: On this page, if you wish to volunteer as a possible team manager, please click sign up. Otherwise, please select the box indicating your do not want to volunteer (circled below) and then click on Continue.
STEP 13: On this next page, your payment options will appear. Please select the payment option your would like and click Continue.
STEP 14: After the payment option page, you will be taken to the order review page. For the Tryout there is no charge so please click Continue. NOTE: As the arrow below points out, there is a payment information page that will appear in the future once it is time to accept your child s invitation to the club. This information will need to be entered at that time.
STEP 15: Congratulations you have now successfully created your Juventus Academy Miami/Doral account. You will now be able to receive your acceptance notifications and other communications regarding your child s activities with the Academy. You can click on go to account at this time if you would like to go to your account dashboard.
NEXT STEPS Now that you have successfully created your account and selected your tryout location you will be able to receive your child s acceptance email. Please expect acceptance emails to arrive between 3-4 weeks from the date of their tryout. Generally, we will issue acceptances the first and second weeks of June.
