9 Declaration The technician declares by means of his signature that he has serviced the CONCYCLE wind frequency converter system properly according to the maintenance and repair instructions. The technician declares further that all deficiencies on the wind turbine were remedied and that operation of the frequency converter system can be restarted without danger for people or the machine.
