9 OUR FACILITIES ABOUT Phase 3 Productions is one of Jamaica s leading production facilities in operation for over 25 yrs, producing a number of Jamaica s leading Television Programs and Television commercials. Not only does Phase 3 have a track record of producing high quality content but also offer multimedia services to display your project to a large audience. Phase 3 is Jamaica s most diverse rental facility offering a wide range of inventory. POST PRODUCTION Phase 3 offers a number of Final Cut Pro Online and Offline Rooms. Online Rooms include AJA Kona 3 card, Sony broadcast grade monitoring and SDI recording decks. Our main room also features an audio recording booth for voice over work. RENTAL POLICY We require the client to provide insurance for dry rentals. Insurance can be purchased at an additional cost. Discounts are available for long term rentals. Studio 45 is our 2000sq. ft production space which is available for rental. Studio 45 offers a 25 x 25ft insert studio with Greenscreen. The Studio also has four (4) production rooms which are available for rental as well as internet, a shared meeting room and a main edit room connected to a voice over booth. Studio 45 has become the place of choice to many of Jamaica s young filmmakers and photographers. PRODUCTION VEHICLES Phase 3 has a fleet of production vehicles to facilitate a wide range of productions.
