15 18 14 MANAGEMENT Marc Seelenfreund, CEO & DIRECTOR Founder and CEO of Siyata as well as the founder of Accel Telecom, the parent company of Siyata, an Israel based company that specializes in importing and distributing innovative cellular and IP devices to fixed line operators and mobile providers within Israel. Prior to establishing Accel, Mr. Seelenfreund was a VP at Sunrise Corporation focusing on financing publicly traded technology companies. Mr. Seelenfreund has a law degree from Bar Ilan University, is a board member at Ono University, Israel's leading private university and has served as an Officer in the IDF. Robert Chisholm, CFO 30 years of experience in finance and administration; currently Chief Financial Officer of Emprise Capital Corp. Prior to Emprise Capital Corp., Mr. Chisholm was the Chief Financial Officer for PNI Digital Media. He was directly responsible for successfully negotiating agreements with large retailers in the United States, Europe and Canada. Mr. Chisholm is a professional accountant.
