3 Activate your phone Choose an activation type If you purchased your phone at a Sprint Store, it s likely activated and ready to use. If you received your phone in the mail, and it is for a new Sprint account or a new line of service, it should activate automatically when you first turn it on. When you see the Hands Free Activation screen at startup, just follow the prompts to get going. If you received your phone in the mail and it s a swap, go to sprint.com/activate and follow the instructions. If you re having trouble with activation, visit sprint.com/support. If you do not have access to the Internet, call Sprint Customer Service at from another phone. Set it up Power up your phone and complete the setup screens Press and hold the Power key to turn your phone on. Follow the onscreen prompts to set up Wi-Fi, set up or other accounts, personalize your phone, and more. When setup is finished, you ll see your phone s home screen.

4 Sprint Zone Launch the free Sprint Zone app Manage your account, including making payments, checking usage, reviewing your service plan, and more. Get phone and service support, including access to your phone s full user guide. Check out Sprint news and offers.
