For example, our EPM1FD single channel midspan, which features the proprietary dual-power-input function, can support 12-36VDC and 12-24VAC input, so that the end users need not buy a dedicated 48V adapter, instead, a cheap and common power adapter (e.g. laptop power adapter) is enough to drive PoE network device such as home WiFi router, network camera. With these advantages, the product is widely used in the home network and security monitoring sector. Our products are plug-and-play without extra software, auto-compatible and transparent in the customer's existing network, moreover, it can conveniently power the equipment as the data network expands. When the powered network device comes across circuit fault, short circuit or power line disconnection, the power supply will stop immediately and automatically to ensure safety. 3 SOLUTIONS PoE Solution for Home Application At present, more and more home devices are upgrading to digitization, which they are connected to the home LAN to provide richer entertainment, communications, security and other functions. Each time when a new network device is added, you may consider the following issues: - Could children or pets easily touch the device and get electric shock? How an installation will be safe? - How to power it, where is the closest socket of the installation location? - If there is no suitable socket, how can we transform the house power lines without damaging the decoration and ensuring the safety? - Should we wait for an electrician or network engineer to transform the power lines and network, or we ourselves DIY the new equipment? Eliteun's PoE midspan can help you easily solve the said problems. As long as we install the PoE midspan together with the external inlet and power socket (they can even put into the home power supply box), you can supply power and send data signal for various home network devices through the Ethernet cable within 100 m, regardless of the location of power socket, and the change of existing power lines is not required.

4 More importantly, our PoE midspan is in line with IEEE802.3af/IEEE802.3at standard, which it means that its output is the standard 48VDC safe voltage during work, and it will conduct auto check before exporting working current to the equipment. If the network cable is taken off by kids or the equipment comes across short circuit, or overload occurs during the work, etc., PoE midspan will automatically stop power supply to ensure the safety of ordinary power lines. In addition, the installation of our PoE Midspans plug-and-play need not modify the existing network, and the installation can be quickly finished without the help of electrician or network engineer. Our proprietary single channel dual-power wide input range PoE mispan EPM1FD need not come with dedicated power supply, customers can use common home/business AC - DC adapter (e.g. laptop power adapter) to supply power for various PoE network devices, so it is very suitable for home use.
