27 Summary The MEF s LSO Vision is for each func>on of the service lifecycle to be automated. This is required to achieve agile, assured, and orchestrated connec>vity services delivered by the Third Network. LSO orchestrates connec>vity services in the Third Network across all internal and external network domains from one or more network operators. LSO capabili>es will allow the Third Network not only to drama>cally decrease the >me to establish and modify the characteris>cs of connec>vity CE 2.0 services, but will also assure the overall service quality and security guarantees for these services
