Installation Instruction 1. Each strip is 1 ft long, which can be cut anywhere there is a cutting mark. 2. Two strips can be connected with a plugging-in. 3. Strips can be connected to the power supply through the DC jack connector assessor. 4. Strips can also be connected to the power supply through the normal connector assessor. Cautions The products are sensitive to static electricity; a high standard of care must be taken when handling the products. ESD protection measures must be adopted, such wearing ESD protective wrist strap and operation clothes. 8

After cutting a strip at the cutting mark, the ends are no longer waterproof. The ends must be sealed with a terminal. Inject the silicone into the terminal, and then insert the strip. See the following instruction. 2. Two strips can be connected by the waterproof connector. 3. Strips can be connected through DC 2.1 to the power supply. 4. Strips can also be connected through two wires to the power supply. Cautions The products are sensitive to static electricity; a high standard of care must be taken when handling the products. 29 Quality General Precautions LEDs are static sensitive devices; precautions should be taken to ensure the LEDs are well protected from ESD during handling. ESD protection for GaP and AlGaAS based chips is still necessary even though the chips are safe in low static-electric discharge events. AllnGap, GaN and/or InGaN based chips are STATIC SENSITIVE devices and ESD protection must be taken into consideration in the initial design stages. Do not operate LEDs in reverse bias.
