4 Optical Brightness Minimum illuminance values: Illuminance levels are measured as marked in the diagram below at the centre of the luminaire and case. Illuminance meter is placed horizontally, facing upwards with distance measured to back of the luminaire. Position 1 represents the top shelf Illuminance. Positions 2-6 represent the illuminance at 300 mm steps to 1500 mm. Note: No contribution from ambient light. All illuminance values indicated in this document are based on a 1219 mm 4000 K luminaire.
