Both include a customized industrial ipad case, rare earth magnet with 85 pound pull force and a 16GB AT&T ipad Air 2 (different ipad SKUs can be ordered upon request). Wired systems include: an integrated 3 port, 2 channel DAQ box and an accelerometer with coiled cord. Wireless systems include: an integrated receiver built into the customized ipad case and the wireless accelerometer. The accelerometer includes a 2nd input channel for use with another accelerometer or a tachometer (available separately). Also included are 3 batteries, carrying holster, and a mini flashlight.

2 Software Options VibeCapture: is a vibration analyzer app that collects and processes vibration signals of industrial machinery. PhasePro: is a tool for machine condition monitoring; the app also automatically provides possible machine defects. Vibration Transmissibility: This app measures in real-time the percentage of vibrational energy that is being transmitted through a structure. Balance3W: is an industrial tool to simplify the balancing procedure of grinding wheels with 3 sliding weights. Available for $299 VibeRMS: is a vibration meter software with machine certification capabilities. (Included with certain packages). ivibrameter: is a tool for machine condition monitoring with machine certification capabilities. (Included with certain packages). VibePro Online: Lite and Standard 1-Year Access Available for $299, 2-Year Access Available for $269 annually, 3-Year Access Available for $239 annually VibePro Online provides access to two web apps designed to help VibePro users post-process their data from any computer in the world. It allows companies that span countries to collaborate and access their critical vibration data quickly and easily. VibePro 7 not only allows users to upload their database directly from the application, but also allows users to pull databases down from VibePro Online. This allows users to switch between databases if needed. One price for two great web apps. Trending: View vibration and temperature trend charts. Colored threshold lines indicate when a measurement has passed user configured vibration threshold limits. Total Plant Reports: View an overview of your entire plant or plants. A pie chart is automatically generated to provide an immediate status update. Optionally see only the last reading for a more up to date look at your facilities. Both Total Plant Reports and individual asset reports can be printed. Spectrum Analysis: View all past spectrum captures. Bearing markers and RPM markers are available to assist in spectrum analysis. Common problems such as imbalance and misalignment are also auto detected and displayed in the text box found in the right of the interface.

4 GTI PowerRead for ipad Optimize Machine Cycle Time Description: GTI PowerRead is a device and software solution that provides power, current and voltage monitoring. The GTI PowerReader uses the DC current signal via Bluetooth to profile a display of power usage throughout the grinding/machining cycle. GTI PowerReader allows the user to load shape and cycle characteristics of the grinding wheel cycle. These shape and cycle characteristics can be used to optimize coarse feed rate, grind rate, medium feed rate and dwell time between parts. Other techniques for machining also apply.
