Phone must be running FW In previous firmware versions a known call control issue is caused by the phone VVX 1500 when used with Savi 740 and APP Enable EHS mode on the phone settings after connecting the EHS cable. Home-->Settings-->Basic-->Preferences-->Headsets-->hookswitchmode-->Plantronics. The phone will reboot and when it reinitializes it should have Plantronics selected in the hook switch mode for remote call control to work 10. EHS support on software UCS 4.0.1B and later 11.
