1 Powerful engines for your security base M6 True Enterprise NVRs /6016/6012 & Extended Storage S6024 The True Enterprise are GVD s server-grade NVRs powered by the preinstalled HD NVR. These True Enterprise NVRs are optimized for enterprise-level high-capacity applications. They have redundant hardware, including dual power units and dual LAN ports, to allow the extra robustness for enterprie activities. For video read/write, a True Enterprise NVR allows up to 128 channels and handles up to 384 Mbps for 24 x 7 recording. For storage, a True Enterprise NVR alone can bare 144TB at the most while the storage will even reach 432TB when you join the NVR to two optional storage servers S6024. Also on option is a backup server, X6024, to keep an insurance copy of your video data. The whole True Enterpries lineup is designed to expand to CMS or VMS, two of GVD's large-scale centralized video platforms, simply with easy add-on of GVD products. The CMS (Central Management System) allows up to 600 channels while the VMS (Video Management System) is able to attend max. 8,000 channels. 2 Product Highlights Virtual Hard Disk (VHD) - Painless system recovery GVD loads a True Enterpries NVR with a virtual hard disk (VHD), which is a Windows-based system image tool to take a snapshot of system status and NVR software settings to recover your system within 5 minutes once a serious system failure or OS/software corruption occurs in the future. This tool can reduce not only RMA but also the need for on-site support. For users everything just falls back into place so soon. Extra Robust - Better reliability than most NVRs A True Enterpries NVR has some hardware components in pairs, including dual LAN ports and dual power units. Dual LAN ports can protect the NVR from losing data connection while dual power units ensure non-stop power supply. Dual watchdogs are also used, in that a hardware watchdog is used to monitor system health and a software watchdog is used to make sure the important programs run properly. Also provided is RAID setup to prevent data loss in case of hard disk failure. Further equipped are a number of hot-swappable PWM fans capable of status monitor for speed control. Time Sector Engine (TSE) Excellent read / write The True Enterpries NVR has high data transmission rate at max. 384 Mbps, and it handles high bandwidth throughput up to 600 Mbit/s over 1G LAN port, up to 128 IP 3Mb/s, and processes video at high speed with 150ms~190ms latency. The NVR gives you the best real-time PTZ control by this exclusive TSE. High Capacity Maximum storage and cameras Optimized for enterprise applications, the True Enterprise NVR supports high-density HDDs in 2U, 3U or 4U and features 24 hot-swappable 3.5" SAS3/SATA hard disk trays at its front. The storage can further increase to 432TB with the help of two external storage servers, S6024. The NVR also have optimized HDD signal trace routing and improved HDD tray design to dampen HDD vibrations and to maximize HDD performance. Standing alone the NVR supports max. 128 cameras while stacked-up they support up to 8000 cameras. Modbus Support & TCP Message Promise smart buildings and smart cities The True Enterpries NVR support Modbus, a popular serialcommunication protocol widely-used for the connection of industrial electronic devices. Users don t need to invest extra effort and cost to quickly incorporate a 3rd-party system. The NVR also features powerful alarm management that is capable of sending TCP messages to alert security operators. These advantages make the NVR highly eligible for some promising solutions such as Smart Buildings for DCS (distributed control system) and Smart Cities for CAP (common alerting protocol) such as IBM IOC. Total Solution Solves multiple problems Alongside the True Enterprise is GVD s complete product line to meet the needs of almost every industry for large-scale video management. After expanding the NVR to a centralized video management platform, for example the VMS, a control center (E300) then becomes available, and a video wall (D300), backup server (X6024), a failover server (X5016) and an integration gateway (C5001) are allowed to the system. 3 Software Features N+M Failover Zero downtime Self-Diagnostics of System Hardware With enhanced alarms The main management software, HD NVR Manager, features some hardware health facilities, for example a hardware tree listing all critical hardware with the important data called out such as chipset temperature, fan speed, fan RPM, CPU temperature, CPU voltage, SSD temperature and so on. When a hardware component goes out of control, the software will launch an alarm to warn you. For mission critical projects, a Failover X5016 is on option for the True Enterprise NVRs.
